The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Welcome to your 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home! With a modern look and all the comforts of a regular home, you’ll have the best of both worlds. You’ll delight in the lovely finishes and stunning interior décor, from the lighting to the furniture, to the flooring. You’ll get a truly luxe vibe as you kick back and relax. Whether your trip is full of activities or you’re simply having a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect spot for you, your family, and friends.
Our boutique designer home offers a covered garage for you to park your vehicles away from the hot sun. As you come in, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open, and airy living area. The living room has large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful fireplace. This huge space is the ideal spot to gather around with everyone as you watch TV, unwind on the couches, and make some memories. There is also a formal dining area leading into the long, beautiful galley kitchen. It offers lots of counter space and cabinets and is fully equipped. If you get tired of eating out all the time, you’ll enjoy whipping up a delicious meal in your very own fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads into a charming breakfast area, another perfect spot to enjoy your meal.
The 5 bedrooms are spacious and provide enough room for everyone. The furniture and linens will allow you to get a superb night’s rest. The master bedroom also features doors leading out to the yard, allowing tons of natural light to flow in. In addition to a powder room, you’ll have access to 2 equally spacious bathrooms. You’ll really enjoy taking a shower in here as the huge shower is so big, you could dance in it if you wanted to! Just like the rest of the home, the bathrooms include gorgeous finishes throughout.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, we still have to visit the backyard. Fenced in for complete privacy and with tall shrubs surrounding it, you’ll feel like you’re in our own little private oasis. There is a lovely oblong pool that glitters under the sun and lots of patio space around to lay back and soak up the rays. And last but not least, a BBQ grill for you to toast a Texan burger and more.
in terms of sleeping arrangement: The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. The second and third bedroom offers the same with queens. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have both queen bed and bunkbed each to allow all kinds of groups or kids/adults (*please note: the fifth bedroom will be opened only for groups of 12+ guests).
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
Please note our occupancy is 14 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood of Garland, Texas, you’ll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas and 30 minutes to DFW airport. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and fascinating history. It’s dripping with pure Texas charm!
Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 10 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 28 minutes away. There’s also not one, but TWO water parks perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 15 minutes away, Surf and Swim is only 7 minutes away.
Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. In 2017, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It’s the true gem of the city and has many historic buildings, shops, and boutiques with specialty items, local cafes and restaurants, and live music at night in the bars. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away from our home, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options.
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.
Other Things to Note:
★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★
We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
