The hotel was fantastic. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. TALL shower (which is so uncommon and welcome). They made a real effort with breakfast. One day had a frittata and another had a souflee).

Hotel is fairly new. This is our second stay in 4 months. The cleanliness of the property has declined. We only had an outer shower curtain and there was something that had dripped down the pony wall that has been there no telling how long. I’m also not sure it had been vacuumed. Additionally, I was charged for parking - didn’t have a parking fee last time, and was not told about a parking fee. I don’t understand the need as this is not a downtown hotel and there is ample self parking all around the property. It was only $5, but it’s the point of not being told and absolutely not necessary. Staff upon check-in and check-out were basically dismissive. I greeted them and pretty much received silence. I think the only questions I was asked were my name and how many keys, and then, “checking out?” with a hand extended as we left. Hospitality training is needed, at a minimum - sorry I bothered you by checking in and out. Thank you, but it won’t happen again.
