I had a pretty good stay. It was easy and a quick walk to the Exchange where there was a lot of good food to eat. I didn't realize how close things were from the hotel. I was there for the Marathon Festival which started and ended at City Hall. It was great not having to walk far to the start each day. I loved the Pegasus at the top of the building and the cafe on the corner of the first floor. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the homeless that were nearby but that wasn't anything to do with the hotel. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Not the room in pictures though. Bathroom outdated , no separate shower. Water came out of the top and bottom when running the shower. Slow drain. Door had several scuffs in side bathroom. The bed was extremely hard. No padding. Window shades 2 out of three were broken and could not be opened.
