The Space:
The Auckland has a stylish open plan living, kitchen and dining room.

LIVING ROOM
With a neutral colour scheme and a light blue sofa. Additional pops of colour are added with orange and teal soft furnishings. The perfect spot to relax, you can enjoy a night in front of the flat screen Smart TV, or simply kick back and relax with a good book.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped for all types of stay, the kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, freezer and washing machine. You’ll also have all the cookware, crockery and cutlery required for self-catering.

DINING AREA
The dining area comes in the form of a white circular dining table with two velvet dining chairs, which can double as a laptop friendly workspace for remote working.

BEDROOM
Adjoining the living room you’ll find the spacious king-size bedroom with plush bedding, black-out curtains, colourful soft furnishings and modern decor.

BATHROOM
The ensuite bathroom features a generously sized shower, WC and wash basin.

GARDEN
Outside the apartment you will find a shared front garden which is laid with artificial grass.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Private on-site parking is available outside the property for one vehicle.

Long term stays require a clean and linen/towel change at least every two weeks. or more regularly if required. Please note that this may be chargeable.

The Auckland is ideally located to experience Darlington and the surrounding areas. The town centre is packed with everything you could need to enjoy your short break. You can catch the latest film or theatrical performance at Vue Cinema or The Darlington Hippodrome. Enjoy the history of the iconic St Cuthbert's Church, browse the wide range of designer stores and seek out the unique independent boutiques hidden in the historic yards of the town.
