Pool temp was probably 60 degrees. Room was filthy. Elevator flooring broken and caulk damage. Water tasted like metal, door to room was broken. Way overpriced for this rundown place.

Party friendly is not what I expected from a suites hotel, but that’s what this place is. Should have known when they gave us a room that was set up for a birthday surprise. They moved us to the room directly below the party room. Stupid of us not to realize there would be a full blown loud party from 1-3 am culminating in furniture moving? Cleaning? Directly above us. Clearly poorly managed. Check-in staff was not informed and night desk didn’t seem to care when spouse complained about the noise. Will never stay in a Staybridge again. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and fridge wasn’t very cold. No luggage rack in the closet. Tight quarters in the double queen room we ended up with. Check in person was fine and apologetic but staff was flat and not friendly to us this morning at checkout. Photo of original room we were given. Never staying there again as this should not be allowed, especially in a hotel suited to extended stays.

My husband was who checked in and that was all we saw of staff. The pool and hit tub were in a nice clean room but the pool was very very cold, kids stayed in the hot tub most of the time. Room was nice and clean, it was warm when we got there but was difficult to get it cooled to a comfortable sleeping temp. It stayed 74 to 76 even with the "cool" on. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but everyone has their own bed firmness preference. The breakfast was good with several options if hot and cold food.
