Convenient and comfortable
Check in was friendly and efficient. GOOD coffee and snacks were available when we came in late after a concert. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean and warm. Convenient to what we needed and quick check out. Staff was great!

Overall good stay
The customer service is excellent at this hotel. The lobby area is great with fun things to do for kids and lots of areas to sit. The breakfast was very good. No one tidied our room or gave us new towels during our 4 night stay. I had to get them myself. Also we all sorta got a sore throat in at night there. I’m not sure why. We would consider staying here again despite that due to the friendly staff and nice lobby. We took our puppy and it was a nice place to bring her.

The staff was so friendly and the location was great for our needs. Our only complaint: the pool water was too cold. After being in for only a few minutes, her teeth were chattering and we had to get out.
