3/2/25 - Hello! I recently purchased this condo. I have owned another similar condo, right above this one, in the same building for years (VRBO# 1027303). I also own another condo (VRBO# 665144) in a different building a couple miles away. You can check the reviews on both to see what type of host I am. I am offering an extra discounted price on this condo to establish my repeat renter base. My other two condos stayed booked with repeat guests. Please Read Before Booking: Reduced Prices -The building is replacing all the east facing balconies. This is going to take several months. There will be noise along with the pool being closed until at least May (Could be longer). They will do the balconies in phases and my condo is being done March - May. When they do my condo the balcony will be closed off. I have reduced prices 50% as a result. Please only book if you are ok with the construction. It should only be during the day and mostly Mon-Fri but there could be the occasional Saturday. When I visit, I go to the beach, site see, water park, or other activities while the construction is taking place. Still a wonderful beach getaway at an amazing price!

Welcome to our Condominium at the White Surf! Enjoy the AMAZING ceiling to floor windows with panoramic views that makes staying in this condo feel like you are on the beach even when inside! You can actually hear the ocean inside the condo! The HUGE balcony (twice as large as the two bedroom units) of our condominium directly overlooks the beautiful beach.
We greatly enjoy sitting on the balcony watching people walking on the beach and listening to the sound of the waves breaking. Stunning sunrises from the balcony are breathtaking and if you are lucky enough to stay during a full moon, you will be in awe watching the moon reflect off the ocean while sitting on the balcony in the evenings.
White Surf is a wonderful building with a number of full-time residents. The way the building is designed, every condominium directly faces the beach plus has a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the 'front' side. We visited here several times before deciding to buy this beautiful ocean front condominium. Located on the north-east corner of the 3rd floor, we were amazed how close this condo felt to the ocean! During high tide you feel like you are sitting on the beach while still in the condo. It's low enough to see the waives break but high enough for amazing views. As a result, we knew the third floor was perfect for us!
The facilities are very well maintained and it is very safe with electronic locks on every outside door (including the gate to the beach) and secure covered parking. It has the usual amenities of a heated pool (New in 2024), an exercise room, sauna, and tennis, shuffleboard and basketball courts. But our favorite thing about the building is the location; it is located south of the Dunlawton bridge, the best location in Daytona Beach Shores. The Sunglow Pier is within easy walking distance (you can see it in the picture of the beach above) and has a restaurant right on the ocean, Crabby Joe’s. We’re about ¾ of a mile south of the Dunlawton bridge and about four miles north of the lighthouse at Ponce Inlet; it too can be seen from the condominium balcony. There is a Starbucks a couple blocks away.
The Condominium has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. With the glass doors and the large windows you have a great view of the ocean while lying in bed. (You will feel like the ocean waves come up to your bed.) There is a private master bathroom with a vanity area and a huge closet. The master bedroom has a HD flat screen TV. One guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two queen-size beds along with a flat screen TV. There are private full baths for each of the guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own closet. And although the guest bedrooms are on the front side of the unit, there is a view of the Intracoastal waterway out their windows.
High quality new linens (minimum 400 thread count), pillows (each bed has special pillow for side and back sleepers) and towels are furnished for all bedrooms. The living room has comfortable furniture to enjoy. It also has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player.
But of course the best feature of the living room is the view of the ocean out the windows and sliding doors! The dining area has a beautiful table that seats six plus there is a bar between it and the kitchen that seats three. The kitchen's best feature is the great view of the ocean! The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and dishware and is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker.
A new washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use.
We offer a speedy check-out, a unique feature for our guests. You don't have to wash the linens or towels! This makes departures convenient and easy.
Water in the Refrigerator - After traveling all day I felt it important to have some bottled water in the refrigerator for you to enjoy upon arrival.
High speed Wi-Fi connection is included through-out the condo.
We are non-smokers so we insist on No Smoking in our Condominium. However, for our guests who do smoke, smoking is allowed on the balcony.
