We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the river. The room was spacious. The outside amenities were very nice and the access to the beach was great. We ate Thanksgiving lunch in the restaurant and it was amazing. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Great stay as always!! Clinton is the best bartender-attentive, efficient, and makes whatever you want. We had a leak from the air conditioning but engineering fixed it in about 10 min. No other issues.

When we got to our room (513) the bathroom door did not close, there was dirt around the bathroom sink and toilet under the desk like it was only cleaned in visable areas. There was no information in the room telling what the hotel had to offer in regards to places to eat, pools, hot tubes etc.. called front desk and was told information was on channel 65, which there was no 65. Walked down to front deck and told the lady we had no channel 65 and she then told me maybe not as some rooms have new TVs and still couldn’t offer me an information guide. Found a restaurant inside and asked for a copy of the menu to bring back to the room for the four of us to decide. My wife and I went down and ordered a salad and they charged her $20.00 and it was on the menu for $9.00. My wife went back and had her bill adjusted. Just one thing after another. Should have booked the same hotel as last year as Daytona is an annual trip for us to attend the Turkey Run . And the charged me $40.00 to park my own car across the street and walk over. That’s my honest review.

Hotel Gem on the Ocean
We loved the food at restaurant! We loved the spacious hotel room on 7th floor. The pool area was super clean and all employees were highly attentive to guests!
