Excellent stay

The hotel employees were friendly and courteous throughout. The room was spacious and tasteful. Breakfast was extensive and well presented, and the staff there were very attentive. The cocktails in the bar were delicious and again the staff were super friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Transfer stay in Delhi.

We were using it for a transfer hotel and this is the one in Aerocity. Unfortunately our plane was delayed by hour and half reached Delhi at 10:30 pm. I had reserved an Innova for 6 people but unfortunately not enough room for luggage so had to tie it on top. Ride was smooth. We did not eat breakfast but had it packed. We had booked 4 rooms and it seemed to work out.

Rooms not very clean, a very bad sewage smell coming inside the property. Check in process is super slow and chaotic, less staff to manage the guests who are check in leading to very delayed check in process. Nearby hotels I stayed earlier are much cleaner and efficient.
