This is my third time stay with the hotel. It's was nice experience. Hotel is located in aerocity area and on the clean street. Close to IGI Airport. Reception area looks more premium.

Hotel is totally looking new.

It's just 10 min driver from terminal 3 and just 5 min from world mark mall. Hotel rooms was new and spacious with all amenities. Staff was so polite and friendly by nature.

Ultimately it boils down to if I would stay here again or recommend it to family or friends. And the answer is absolutely not. Do not stay here...spend a little more to stay somewhere else. Why? 1. I booked Hotel Happy Stay. But the hotel was Kelvish. Not sure why it is running and advertizing under 2 different names. 2. Location was not where they said it was. Not in aerocity at all, but in a sketchy area 10 minutes away. As a single female traveler those two things would be enough to make me never want to stay there again. But... 3. Rooms were so dirty and in poor conditions. I dont think the sheets were changed between bookings. 4. So loud! Definitely not sound proof. I could hear everyone. Add in the construction going on during the day. I had a very early morning flight and couldnt sleep due to the noise.

Poor cleanliness. Upon arrival, bed sheets were damp and sheets were dirty. Bathroom was dirty and lights kept going out, making it almost impossible to use. Additionally, animal noises heard from vents of bathroom. Advertised as being in the aerocity strip but is located outside which makes it inconvenient.

Needs attention

The location provided in the hotels.com and the name of the hotel are wrong leading to lots of confusion to get to the hotel. The property needs proper clean up although they are trying.

It is a good place for the price. Biggest issue was that there is no heating available and when asked staff for heaters the guy at the reception refused. Close to airport about 10 mins drive but not in Aerocity.
