Villa with communal pool on the Montgó

This small chalet located in Montgo has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
It has a small, very charming private garden, where you can enjoy a barbecue or a moment of relaxation.
The community pool is located at the end of the street where the housing is situated, and it has shaded areas and grass.
Upon entering the house, we find the living room/dining room and open-concept kitchen. Everything is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, wifi, and a pellet stove for the coldest months.
The kitchen has: refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen tools, coffee maker (dolcegusto), toaster, and water kettle.
The chalet has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). Both have a ceiling fan.
Next to them is the bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. It should be noted that the shower is very narrow.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
