HOUSE RULES:
- NO-SMOKING OR VAPING. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors. An extra cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if there is a smoke smell following a guest’s departure. If lingering smoke causes the next guest to cancel their stay, the cost of the cancelled reservation will also be charged.
- NO PARTIES. If additional guests arrive that were not pre-approved by the host, your reservation will be cancelled, and a refund will not be issued.
- QUIET HOURS. For our neighbors’ sake and noise-ordinance laws, please observe quiet time between 10:00pm - 7:00am.
- PROPERTY BOUNDARIES. We have three acres of land to explore. If you pass the gate at the bottom of the hill or you will be trespassing on our neighbor’s property.
- CHIMINEA. The chiminea must be moved into the yard if used (located on lower patio). Always check if there are any Douglas County fire restrictions before having a fire.
PET POLICY:
- Pets must be house trained and always supervised. If pets are left unattended, they must have a crate.
- Pets must stay off the furniture, including the beds.
- Please pick up after your pets and take any waste directly to the outdoor trash bins located beside the garage (opposite side of the carport). There are doggie bags in the cubbies in the foyer and a pooper scooper hanging next to the outside trash can. After use, please return it to the same location.
- Please vacuum or sweep if your pet sheds excessively.
- Additional fees will be charged to eliminate pet odors, remove pet hair on furniture, clean rug/floor messes, and/or remove animal waste from the grounds.
Please watch children carefully outdoors. The deck is high from the ground in some areas. There are vertical railings for safety and protection, but we wouldn't want children attempting to climb the railings. Our property is also a haven for wildlife including bobcat, coyote, bears, and deer, so young children and pets should not be left unattended.
