We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash or service the hot tub. They won’t enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

The room is equipped with a spacious mirrored closet, providing ample storage and organization for your belongings.

Indulge in the tranquility of the mountain oasis bedroom, with its queen-sized bed fitted with a hotel-quality mattress, linens, and pillows. The natural wood furniture adds to the calming ambiance, while the large closet provides added storage.

Tuck in your little ones in the third bedroom, equipped with cushy two twin beds. Close the curtains and turn on the bedside lamp for a cozy bedtime story before drifting off to dreamland.

LIVING & DINING SPACE:
Relax in style in the main living area with tasteful interiors, accented with faux houseplants to create a vibrant atmosphere. Sink into the comfortable sofa or one of the mid-century mod accent chairs while movie-watching on the Smart TV. You'll feel right at home in this generous space, brimming with natural light and ambient light fixtures for extra glow.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the kitchen and dining area. The airy dining area boasts large windows that allow an abundance of natural light to pour in, creating an inviting ambiance for meals at the natural wood dining set, seating 6 comfortably. The fully-equipped kitchen holds everything you need to cook up delicious feasts, including an electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher for easy clean-up. You'll also find an assortment of cookware, utensils, glassware, and plates to make mealtime effortless. For added convenience, a washer/dryer set is available during your stay, complete with essentials to refresh your wardrobe.

BATHROOM:
Located in the main hallway, the redesigned bathroom offers spa-inspired details with its shower/tub option and glass sliding door. Soothing towels and a range of complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

OUTSIDE:
Relax and recharge in the privacy of your own backyard oasis. After a day of exploring the city, rejoice under the cedar pergola and 4-seat hot tub on the shaded patio. Enjoy a meal al fresco at the bistro table or fire up the BBQ grill. Embrace the Colorado sunshine and unwind on this idyllic outdoor patio. Please note that the adjacent duplex has a door leading to the back patio, which the owner may occasionally use to access the backyard. However, rest assured that the patio space is exclusively for your private enjoyment.

Exploring Wheat Ridge and its surroundings become effortless with the convenience of a rental car or ride-share service. Although Denver's public transportation system is dependable, it may not offer the same level of flexibility and mobility as having your own vehicle. To make the most of your visit, we recommend renting a car or opting for a ride-share service.


This property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

There is 1 parking spot available in the garage. To open and close the door, you need to use the button inside the garage. The exterior keypad is not in use.

HOT TUB: This unit's hot tub takes longer to heat, so please be patient. Never shut off the hot tub; it should always remain on. Please keep the hot tub filled with water to prevent pump issues. Recommended temperatures: Summer 100-102°F, Winter 102-104°F. The control buttons may be sticky/hard, please refrain from making setting changes unless necessary.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Security cameras have been installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
