Nice area to bad there isn’t parking besides valet parking that cost an arm and leg so if you need accessible free parking not that place and for a pet friendly place no area for dogs to pee or poop so definitely not worth the stay

Our room overlooked a loud train track and an electrical substation. Our room was dirty, most of the lights did not work so it was dark, shower had hair all in it and so did the bedding. Sink hadn’t been cleaned in forever. They only have valet parking at $50 a night. The valet person was never at the stand and the number you text to get your car doesn’t work- we waited for 20 mins on someone to bring up our car, only to realize the valet lady was sitting in the restaurant at a table hanging out on her phone. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to anything. And it’s not very safe downtown anymore. Probably the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here. We love everything. We usually have our poodle, and he loves it too! Great location for going to concerts and near the 16 th street mall.

Great location but they put us in a room directly next to construction and didn’t tell us. It was loud starting at 7 am on weekend. Also, blackout curtains didn’t fully close and shower leaked. Pool and gym were great, though, and staff was very friendly.

I paid for a panoramic view room and was put in a glass house room. There was a price difference. I paid more for the panoramic. The person checking me in said it’s a glass house. There was advertised a difference in square footage. The view is of some type of electrical equipment and roads that are under construction. The bed is harder than a rock. At check in I asked about breakfast and they said they don’t offer it anymore. I paid $30 extra per day for breakfast so I inquired further and was told I have to get vouchers daily from the front desk. There is typically a line. So I asked if I could get the vouchers all at once. The following day the vouchers were not ready. Some days the voucher covered drinks and coffee some days they didn’t…depends on who is working. Had I paid out of pocket it would have been less because most of the breakfast options were under $15….so why pay $30 per day for two people. Also, the sink in the bathroom was broken. They came daily to clean despite saying they would come every other day. Many things got thrown out that were not trash. One day a man opened the door (employee) and came in and it was after housekeeping had serviced the room. He had nothing with him and thought we weren’t there. Definitely over priced considering all of this.
