I was told I would get a much needed handicap compliant room but did not, no hand rails at toilet, only one small one in shower, beds were too tall, door was way to heavy for a handicaped person, no auto door opener etc.. Dirty hotel with mold in the restroom. The hotel appears nice from the outside and from the lobby but once you get to the rooms you will be disappointed. They are dirty and not properly maintained. There are previous repairs that have been done that were done very poorly as if a child did them. We were woken up at 6 am by loud neighbors and didn’t get a good night sleep due to being uncomfortable from the dirty and run down appearance of the hotel. We rented two rooms and they were both horrible

Great stay for hospital visit.
I stayed here while my husband was at Anschultz medical hospital 1.5 miles away. It was clean and they offered hot breakfast.Day 1: scrampled eggs, sausage links, bisquits and gravy. muffins and cinnamon rolls. Day 2: Cheese omelets, bacon, fried potatoes cubed. It was all very hood start to day. The room was very clean. Lee at the front desk was very helpful with trying to help me extend my stay. He even got me a medical discount. I would stay here again. The only cons: bed was kind of high. Location; the exit is on a no left turn area, so you go to right and make a left then another left to get back on to colfax to get back to the hospital. Great Pro, they have a shuttle to the hospital if you don't want to drive, love that idea.
