Deadhead retreat
This comfortable little duplex was perfect for my wife and I and our dog, and is a great location for those wishing to be close to old town Littleton. Christine is a wonderful host and will help out any way she can. We really enjoyed her interior design: lots of Grateful Dead and Burning Man touches! We stayed here in January and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the backyard. Would love to come back in the summer so that we could sit out there and relax.

Family Gathering Good Madness
Cozy home with super backyard. Littleton got 5" of snow overnight and the walkway and driveway was cleaned before 8am. Awesome Sauce. A personal favorite for me was the TV's were only in gathering spaces and not bedrooms. Being together in this space is good juju magic.

Fantastic yard for our dog. Location was great! Loved all the decor in the house and the host was great she was quick to get back to us if we needed anything. Was easy to get to the Bronco stadium from this house and a short walk to the downtown area of Littleton!

Great location with comfy bed
This property had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The backyard was a great place to grill and relax but the owners need to spray for yellowjackets as they were pesky around the food. Propane needed changed out for the grill and was done promptly. No complaints- loved the soft bed and the window a/c worked great to keep place cool.

Place could have used a more thorough cleaning, ie dirty ashtray outside, coffee pot still had grounds in it, window ledges dirty. Advertised soap and shampoo yet there were none. Dishwasher did not work. Overall a decent place.

Some surprises
Unique property but smells like smoke and is REALLY HOT without central AC. window air conditioners do not really work so it is 85 in main bedroom and unbearable in kitchen. Clean inside but outdoor area not kept up and photos are from previous owner. Basement rooms have no egress so possibly not up to code. Smoke and co2 detectors not seen on main level. We stayed for a week but were surprised to learn it was $30 per person for little grandkids for an overnight.

Comfortable, quiet, close to everything. Owner communication excellent. Property is on the older side but everything works (except spa- which we knew from owner before hand) and we had no issues. We loved the backyard area and the proximity to everything.

A group of us stayed for while attending the Dirty Heads concert at Red Rocks. Property was a vibe and the outdoor space was enjoyable. Close to downtown Littleton. Host was responsive. Would stay again.

Wonderful little home in a great location!
We had such a great stay at the property! The backyard is really the highlight, and I practiced yoga outside under the dancing aspen leaves, read my book next to the bubbling water feature, and ate my meals at the outdoor table. The inside of the house is clean and the kitchen and bathroom came with everything we needed to cook, shower, etc. It's not fancy or anything but it was perfect for us! The king bed on the main floor was very comfortable, and I am picky about beds. We were so happy finding this little gem right near where we needed to be for a wedding reception, and it was close to grocery stores and everything else we needed, plus when it was time to flee for the mountains it was a quick easy shot up 470 to 70 and we avoided the Denver traffic altogether!

Great location
This property is in a great location and has off-street parking. There was plenty of room for our stay. We had a couple of minor issues, but the property owner was very quick in her response and remedied the issues quickly.
