Tämä kaunis viktoriaaninen tilava koti 1 yhden korttelin päässä upeista, värikkäistä Highlands-ostosmahdollisuuksista ja ruokailusta, ja on täydellinen kodin tukikohta Denverille. Viiden minuutin päässä keskustasta, 3 minuutin päässä Lohista ja 8 minuutin päässä Rinoon, tämä 3 makuuhuoneen / 1. 5 kylpy kaksitasoinen kunnostettu viktoriaaninen on kätevä ja täydellinen suuremmille ryhmille ja perheille. Upea yksityinen puutarhapatio takapihalla on haaveileva viihdyttämiseen markkinoiden valot ja hurrikaani kynttilät. Siinä on kauniita yksivuotisia, sitrushedelmä- ja meheviä kasveja ja upea viinirypäleen lehtimajatila, jossa on BBQ.

Kaunis kunnostettu viktoriaaninen yksi Denverin halutuimmista lähiöistä, Historiallisesta ylämaan sydämestä, ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu paikallisten taiteilijoiden töillä ja kuratoiduilla kappaleilla, mukavilla vuoteilla ja täysin varustetulla keittiöllä. 2 kukka-asetelmaa tulevat tilauksen mukana ilmaiseksi. Talon pääkerroksessa on olohuone, ruokasali, joka mahtuu 6-8, hyvin varusteltu kirjasto, (lue jotain inspiroivaa!) ja kaunis jauhehuone. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittava gourmet-aterian, tarjoiluvälineiden ja lasiesineiden viihdyttämiseen ulkona, viini jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, tehosekoitin ja instapot. Yläkerrassa kolme yksityistä makuuhuonetta, joissa on designer-vuodevaatteet, iso kylpyhuone, jossa upea suihku, jalkakylpy ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas, yläkerran pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla. Tarjoamme hiustenkuivaajan ja porekylvyn! Suuri täysikokoinen peili on 2 makuuhuoneessa. Täydellinen perheille ja suuremmille ryhmille.

Talo nukkuu yhteensä 6 henkilöä huippuluokan mukavissa patjoissa, joissa on 500 lankaa laskettua puuvillalevyä. 8 hengen juhliin meillä on huippuluokan puhallettava queen-size-patja ja vuodevaatteet, jotka voidaan asentaa kirjastoon jauhehuoneen viereen! (lisämaksusta 100.)

We spent almost a week here, probably still missed some hidden art, inspirational words or garden treasure. What a fun and comfortable place to stay for my 60th birthday and our 36th anniversary! We had a hilarious game night around the large dining table and a lovely dinner in the private back garden. Snow days were for movie nights as we experienced all weather during our stay! Denver getaway
The property is beautiful and has so much character. Check in was super simple and the owner communicated all required information prior to our arrival and was really responsive. We were in Denver for 5 days with our 2 children (7yo and 4yo) and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Highlands is brilliant area in itself with shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. My wife could have spent the entire time just around there! Getting to other places in Denver was really quick including to the airport for our journey home. Parking at the property was easy and the house really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

A magical stay
This lovely house was a home base for our family during the week of our daughter’s Denver wedding. The home has old world Victorian charm. Inside there is an inviting mix of mid century elements, garden chic, and color moments. The container garden is a beautiful gathering spot. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in this well-stocked home. Cindy and Alex are wonderful hosts who make themselves readily available for questions. On the morning of the wedding we were unable to locate an iron in the house and the hosts made a quick trip to Target, delivering both an iron and a steamer to the door in no time. The neighborhood is wonderfully walkable and we enjoyed the tree lined streets and the local shops and restaurants. All in all a great stay!

Awesome stay in cool house in great neighborhood
Family trip to Denver over the holidays - 2 adults and our adult children plus dog. House was perfect for the family stay with room to spread out and also hang out together. Home was super well-appointed, comfortable, with cool design and stylish character. Neighborhood was great for walking, coffee shops, restaurants, and nearby to downtown Denver (but in it's own fun but quiet neighborhood). Would definitely come back!

My adult family stayed for a weekend break from the Texas heat. It is a very clean and spacious a house with a beautiful quiet back patio. It has wonderful/helpful hosts and is a 2 minute walk from shops/coffee/restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved the area and the house! So charming. and very well-stocked. The greenspace on the patio was where we all gravitated towards every morning for coffee and every night for wind down time. Spectacular getaway!
The property was superb, with all the amenities you could possibly think of and more. Clean, spectacular eclectic art throughout the house. The backyard offered us a peaceful and soothing environment among the flowers and plants as we enjoyed just sitting out there to chat or sharing a meal as a family. Fantastic Denver house!
What an absolutely fantastic place to stay over a long weekend in February! The house was filled with interesting art and antiques, making it such a unique place to stay. Cindi was very quick to respond and checked in via text to make sure everything was ok and if we had any questions. Location was perfect with terrific restaurants right down the street. It snowed on the second day we were there and it was so nice to have the stairs and walkways cleared so quickly, and such a beautiful scene with the trees and everything.
