Keittiössä kaksinkertaiset uunit, hämmästyttävä koko seinän ruokakomero, täysin varustettu suuri ryhmä ruoanlaitto --- mahdollistaa hienoja perheen aterioita.
Räätälöityä ruokasalissa on hämmästyttävä buffet-laskuri, Irish Bar, viininjäähdytin ja talossa on erittäin suuri kaunis ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu helposti 18. Ruokailuhuoneessa on kaksi sarjaa kaksoisovet, jotka avautuvat aivan upealle lippikivipuutarhalle.
Liuskekivi patio, käsittää kolme suurta pyöreää pöytää, joissa on sateenvarjot ja tuolit istuimeen 14. Runsaasti lisäistuimia sisäänrakennetun kaasu-palokunnan ympärillä. Ulkovalaisimet kattavat sekä patioa että koko uskomattoman suuren kauniin yksityisen takapihan. Täydellinen telakoille, kuten Kan-Jam, bean-bag-toss ja enemmän --- päivä ja / tai yö (edellä mainitut pelit on toimitettu oman nautinnon). Tarjolla on myös ulkoterassi ja mahdollisuus käyttää erittäin suuria jään jäähdyttimiä. Suuri kaasugrilli ja tupakoitsija grilliä varten, 8-10 hengen kylpytynnyri rentoutumiseen hauskan päivän jälkeen --- et voi mennä pieleen!

Vauva-tuotteet ovat käytettävissä ---- pinnasänky, autoteline, pelikynä, syöttötuoli, lelut ja paljon muuta.

Meillä on ollut monia urheilukokouksia kotona --- 7 televisiota (puolet älykkäitä, toisella puolella on älykäs DVD-soitin --- Netflixin tarkoituksiin) koko kotimme niin, että emme menetä yhtä peliä. Huoneistossa on suuri ulkotila ja TV Irlannin-baarin yläpuolella olevassa ruokasalissa. Kaikki TV: n kaapeli.

Toinen suuri ominaisuus suurille ryhmille on loputon kuumavesikattila. Älä koskaan käytä kuumaa vettä! Kaksi erilaista pesukone ja kuivaaja (yksi yläkerrassa kylpyhuoneessa ja yksi kellarissa). Meillä on kolme asuintilaa (perhehuone, olohuone ja rec huone - runsaasti tilaa levitettäväksi). Paljon Denverin kodeissa ei ole keskitettyä ilmaa (johtuen Coloradon hämmästyttävästä viileästä iltapäivästä), mutta meillä on AC lisä mukavuutta.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Denverin yliopisto. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

College Reunion in the Rockies
This is truly a one of a kind find. So much room for activities! A group of 9 descended upon Denver for a college reunion. The property was just as advertised and we had everything we needed (and more!). The host Sheri was always a text away and quick to respond. Weather was also perfect

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!
Seven adult cousins + spouses & a smattering of kids enjoyed our time together. Backyard was amazing!! Large dining room was great for serving meals. Convenient to downtown. Kitchen was a bit small and it would have been nice to have one more shower, but it worked! Owner was very communicative and great to work with.

Awesome property for a group
Awesome property to host a group. We were in town for a concert at Red Rock Arena and Whitewater rafting. Great central location with everything you need close by. Short ride to downtown Denver. Back yard was incredible, perfect place to relax and unwind after the day's activities, or stay busy with all the yard games. Highly recommended!

Destination Wedding
So we had our wedding party and friends stay with us. We all enjoyed our home away from home. The backyard was amazing! The dining table was so huge, it helped for last minute wedding preparation. Amazing property!
This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The house is welcoming and comfortable and the backyard is off the chart fabulous. Since our last day they added a gazebo which only adds to the beautiful setting in the backyard to gather. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is for a family gathering. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful
We held a large family reunion over a weekend. 14 of us stayed there. This place was perfect. There were spaces on the property where people could gather in small groups, and also the porch was large enough to let us all sit and talk comfortably together at once. The backyard had lots of room, and toys for our kids to enjoy. Inside, the dining room table was large enough for us to eat together, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. Our hostess was very responsive too. She responded to questions in a timely manner, both before and during our stay. Overall she was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend her or this property.

Great Denver stay
We were in Denver for a family wedding. This house was great for our 2 adult children, 3 grands and ourselves. Backyard area is amazing! We spent most of our time in the backyard. Easy drive to downtown Denver. Loved having basement with extra bedrooms. My only complaint is some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty & cluttered. Clean that up and it will be perfect! Host was always available through text or email right away and was very accommodating. We would stay there again!

Sometimes when you book a property it isn’t exactly What you thought you were getting. Not the case with this house!!! It was better than I imagined! It was so well stocked and had such thoughtful touches! We had 7 adults and 3 kids that stayed and we had plenty of room!! It was wonderful and Shari was So easy to get in touch with! I would highly recommend this house!!

It is a small house in a modest neighborhood. But it has everything you need to host a large group comfortably. The outside space is amazing and the inside space seems to magically expand to accommodate everyone.

Loved staying here! It was a great place to spend time relaxing in the backyard and the hot tub. Loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Only thing that would do to improve the stay would be to put knobs on the kitchen cupboards and drawers, they were difficult to open.

The house was exactly as we pictured. The large backyard, yard games, and hot tub were the perfect place to hangout when not doing other activities. Inside was roomy. The dining room had a massive table and TV where everyone could hangout in one space. The location of the house was great too. Just a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Denver.

Working remotely between wedding weekends
We chose Virginia Village because it had 5 bedrooms and a hot tub.We are 3 adult couples from one family, working remotely together for the first time, and because we had weddings on 2 weekends in a row, we wanted a place to relax. We recommend this property for families with children as the yard is magnificent and makes a lovely space for group to party. It is not ideal for working remotely. There are ample sleeping quarters and this is a well loved family home. The owner was very quick to respond with any issues that arose and left many personal items in kitchen to share with occupants.

Tons of family fun. Our family enjoyed this house so much. The kitchen was wonderful, really well stocked, lots of utensils, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans galore. The backyard was exceptionally well done and provided a place for lots of family fun and laughter. We just loved this place. You will too.

This house was perfect for our guys weekend. Great outdoor space and plenty of room in the house to hangout, play cards, etc. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and the kitchen was very well stock with cookware, plates, cups, utensils.
