I’m honestly shocked at how well this property was reviewed across several platforms. First off we arrived a few minutes after 3 to find an unattended front desk. Another guest let us know they had also been waiting and that the manager should be there shortly. We were finally checked in and taken to a room that had not been cleaned. The staff member then took us to another room, however it was not the right size. We were then told the king room would be ready in 30 minutes. We were not checked on and had to repeatedly ask for us a status update while several other guests were checked in and showed to their rooms. After 45 minutes, we were shown to our room that had wet floors and was missing bath products and linens. The manager did offer us a bottle of wine only after we had to return to the front desk for these missing items. We were shown a parking lot and entrance close to our room but not told the entrance may be locked or given a code. So after walking our dog we were locked out for 15 minutes, because the front desk was once again unattended at 5:30p. I’m glad I booked via Expedia as I saw the rooms were going for double the price on their website, and this place is not really a hotel, it’s a motel. Also given how small the place is I’m not sure where the spa could possibly be even though services are offered. Also there were no towels at the pool.
