Nauti paratiisista! Yksikkö # 1106 on erittäin tilava loppuyksikkö kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpy huoneisto, joka sijaitsee Breakers East -rakennuksen 11. kerroksessa. Tämä on aidatulla alueella suoraan rannalla, ei teitä ylittämään. Varattu, katettu pysäköintipaikka avuksesi. Upeat rannanäkymät tilavalta parvekkeelta, josta pääsee makuuhuoneesta ja olohuoneesta. Nauti katsomasta delfiinejä parvekkeeltasi varustetuilla kiikareilla! Tämä huoneisto on ylimääräisiä ikkunoita keittiö, ruokailuhuone, elävät erittäin kirkas / pirteä tunnelma.

Remodeled Condo - Kaunis graniitti työtasot keittiössä ja molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa. Travertiini lattia keittiössä / ruokailutilassa / olohuoneessa / kylvyssä. Täysi täysikokoinen jääkaappi sijaitsee pesutupa, erillinen jääpalakone. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on remontoitu uusilla kaappeilla / graniitilla, kylpy / suihku-yhdistelmällä, sadesuihkulla erillisellä kädellä, yhdellä turhamaisuudella. 46 tuuman kaapelitelevisio olohuoneessa Blu-ray-levysoitin ja Yamaha CD-soitin, 40 tuuman kaapeli-tv makuuhuoneessa Blu-ray-soitin ja 26 tuuman kaapeli-tv Blu-ray-soittimella toisessa makuuhuoneessa, kattotuuletin molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Pimennysverhot makuuhuoneeseen ja olohuoneeseen. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on matto ja erittäin suuri alue matolla olohuoneessa. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla suurilla kodinkoneilla (2 täysikokoista jääkaappi, lasi-uuni, yläpuolella oleva mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu) ja kaikki pienet laitteet, joita tarvitset (tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, K-Cup-panimo, kahvimylly, käsikäyttöinen mikseri jne.) Breakers East sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Destinin sydämessä, kadun toisella puolella suuresta Kahunan vesipuistosta. Labor Day Stay

Great experience
First time staying at Breakers. Rooms were large, including kitchen. Extra refrigerator/freezer was helpful. Beach right in the back yard. Weather was one of the best weeks we’ve had in over 15 years. It was also close to most of the offsite activities like fishing, boat rides, water park and restaurants. Not too much of an inconvience, but one elevator was malfunctioning on 3 different days. They got someone out to work on it each time. Property was well maintained, secure and quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at Breaker’s East. Our host, Carolyn, made everything so easy. Wonderful communication. The property was more than we expected. The elevator was a bit of an issue for a couple of days, but it all worked out. We plan to make this our regular vacation destination.

Great Place!
Condo was just as listed and shown in pictures. First VRBO that we’ve stayed in that didn’t give me an “ick” about anything. Very well cleaned and all the amenities you would ever need! One elevator still down (which we knew at time of booking) but really didn’t cause an issue of wait times. Would recommend and would consider another stay if we returned to the area!

Just perfect for our family. The heated pool was great on cooler days, and the covered parking was a plus. The condo was down to a single elevator (in the listing) so that was a small inconvenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week of Spring break! Perfect location on the beach and close to anything we needed. Only downfall is the challenge of entering and exiting the property off 98. We would definitely recommend to others and will seek out again for future vacations!

Spectacular View
We cannot say enough good things about this condo. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge! The covered parking was awesome. The chair service and pool were great! The extra fridge was so convenient! The spare bathroom is separated so someone can shower in one room and another can use vanity and sink,that was perfect for two teen girls. The furniture was very comfortable. Being on the 11th floor was actually pretty nice! We could see lots of dolphins right from the balcony. The showers/tubs are very modern and nice. The master bathroom tub is very deep but there is a safety rail if you need help getting in or out. This was our 6th VRBO and definitely the nicest we have stayed at. We would love to come back!

Review
Overall the property was fairly clean there were a few appliances outdated but we were all impressed with the room. Unfortunately the dryer was not working after we washed our clothes and the clothes ended up smelling horrible because they couldn’t get dry, and some of the dishes had to be washed again. We also could not get the TV in the main bedroom and living room to work so there wasn’t much TV watching at night. Overall if these things were changed or different we would definitely be staying here again. The location on the 11th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean!

Beautiful condo!!!
I came with my family of 6! 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of space and the beds were the perfect size! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed such as restaurants and grocery stores were incredibly close by which was super convenient. The view of the beach from our balcony was breathtaking! My family and I made amazing memories here, we will definitely be back!

AMAZING property
Our family of 4 visited Destin the 3rd week in June. We had the most amazing stay in this unit. We come to Destin yearly and I can easily say this was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed! Awesome beach condo
The condo was well equipped with everything that you would need for your beach vacation and exceeded our expectations. The decor and furniture were Floridian and well thought out. The views from the spacious balcony were spectacular. It was one of the best condos that we have stayed at and we will not hesitate to return in the future.
