Tervetuloa Holiday Gemiin! Rentoudu ja nauti näkymästä tässä ihanassa toisen kerroksen huoneistoaskeleessa Emerald Coastilta. Nautit mukavuudesta 800 jalkaa yksityistä rantaa, joka on varattu vain tälle aidatulle yhteisölle. Jaettu uima-allas, poreallas ja kylpylä ovat myös valmis nauttimaan! Täällä on toimintaa kaikille: - Pyöräily - Yhteisön tenniskenttä - Shuffleboard -Fitness-keskus (avain pidetään toimistossa vain vieraille) - Valtava katettu grillipaviljonki, jossa on täydellinen asennus ulkona illalliselle auringossa.

The BEST
The condo was represented online just as it appeared in person. It was very clean and just enough space for my husband and I! The bed slept extremely well and the owner Samantha is a sweetheart! Perfect Vacation Destination!
Very satisfied staying somewhere that feel like home. Very clean and well maintained. We were supplied with everything we needed from beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies, games and even a popcorn maker. Never a dull moment. My family and I really enjoyed our time spent. Look forward to making more memories.

Great Location
Stay was great as it was right on the water, close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host communicated promptly and the property was clean and quiet. Only a few suggestions, which were communicated directly to the host - trash disposal was not noted in the check-in and there is a charge for beach chair and umbrella rental; however 4 small beach chairs were provided by the host. Trash disposal is a wall shoot on each floor. Bathtub is small and needs updating but great water pressure and gets hot fast.

Major construction projects property should not have been listed at that time!
The noise from the construction in and on the building was so loud that we could not stay in the rental during the day. The host contacted VRBO to ask them to find us another place to stay as she was unaware the construction was so extensive. VRBO did not find us another rental. We contacted VRBO and they said not to communicate with the host but only their agents. However VRBO did nothing for us and ignored us until we disputed our bill with our credit card company. We sent pics as VRBO asked for of the construction. VRBO customer service was useless. The reply from them was the construction was not in the unit. It was all around the unit as there was a major storm in Destin last year. We did not receive a credit.

First Anniversary paradise stay
The host was terrific she check in on us (by email) to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The condo was great, right there by beach the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The one thing that blow me away was the kitchen even had a big oh crab 🦀 pot for seafood boils. We ate good that night lol. If u get this condo u will not regret it 5 stars for sure and then some!!!!!!

Unbeatable location. Most responsive host in history. Property is both modern (tile, fresh paint) and retro (popcorn ceiling, shower insert). Nothing beats a clean property with a host happy you are staying there!

My husband and I typically vacation in 30A, but we decided to stay in Destin this time. Let us say…..this property did not disappoint from the location to the cleanliness of the condo….ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED! I was most impressed with the communication of the host, Samantha! She was fantastic from start to finish. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Stay
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Having the beach umbrella and chair set up every day provided complete relaxation. Samantha emailed us check in instructions and even arranged for us to stay an extra day.

All about location
So many good things. Location: This condo is in the absolute perfect spot. Second floor on the end of the property closest to the beach. Literal steps across a boardwalk over the dunes. About the center of Destin. 10 minutes to HarborWalk, 10 minutes down to old 98. Parking: under the condos. Very convenient. Condo interior: it was very clean, but this is a 40+ year old property, and it is definitely showing it's age. If it weren't for the assinine VRBO rating system (and the plea by the host) I probably would have not given a 5 here. There are two spots in the bathroom where previous fixtures (towel racks and TP holders were) that would take 15 minutes to patch. The tub was likely circa 1990's and had a soft spot that literally felt like I was going to end up finishing my shower with the folks on the 1st floor. But the biggest thing for me was no ceiling fans. Not one in the master or main living. Ceilings might have been a tad low and maybe that is why, but in FL to not have ceiling fans. Hmm I think however, even with those interior flaws, I would stay again because it was clean and it is just so perfectly located.

Beach Getaway 2023
Our Host Samantha was helpful in every way! My husband and I enjoyed staying in our nice, quaint and clean condo. We also enjoyed the weather and the beach was clear and Emerald Green! We loved the Holiday Isle vicinity! The restaurants were in a close range of driving! We definitely enjoyed our summer vacation stay and we will be back with our family to join us!
