Cute little place
Very cute and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Staff were prompt and nice. Loved being so close to the beach. The only negatives were - the internet is terrible. But the description did warn of trying to do work- but I was still hopeful…. The only other thing was that the couch has a lot of stains…. Overall it was nice.

2021 family vacation Capri 117
This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was very close to the beach. This made it very accessible when carrying toys down for the kids. It also made it easy to come back up for snacks and lunch. Plenty of room for my husband and I to sleep in the bedroom and two kids maybe even 3 on the fold out couch. It felt safe. The property was clean. We had all the things we needed including the commentary beach chairs set up for us each morning. The property managers were very timely via text and the check in process without contact due to covid was smooth. We would definetly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again for any of our future vacations.

Great couples getaway!
We had a comfortable, very clean condo right on the beach. We loved that it was a gated community and the check in process was very easy. The beach chair service was also appreciated! We loved being able to walk up the beach to dine.. We will be back!

Wonderful Location!
This place is literally steps from the beach-you can’t beat that!!! Just a 3-minute car ride from Publix and countless stores, restaurants, and gas stations. It is a quiet little gated community. Although this unit was dated and needing some TLC, you cannot beat the value. Kitchen fully stocked. Two parking spaces. A few things to bring: Additional coffee filters, coffee, garbage bags, sink soaps, and additional toilet paper. You would typically have to bring these extra items anyway with most rentals. We received top-notch communication from our Beach Harmony representative. Very impressed. The 2 of us would definitely stay here again.

Quaint condo on the beach
Quaint condo on the beach. The size is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need. The check in procedure is seamless and the management does a very good job in communicating with the guest. The couch, as well as the condo, needs a deep cleaning. On the first day, my socks were very dirty after I walked around the condo for only a few hours. I realize that is is probably very difficult to keep a cleaning crew. I saw a cleaning crew turn over the unit beside mine (no idea if they are the same crew who clean this unit). They were there 10 maybe 15 minutes, not nearly long enough to thoroughly clean. This is the message I received from the management company. Changes due to the Coronavirus: Cleaning has always been important to us at Harmony Beach Vacations, but during this time, we are hyper-aware of the importance of thoroughly disinfecting our units. To ensure guest's safety, we are disinfecting all surfaces with a CDC approved disinfectant and additional steps are being taken during the cleaning process. Our staff will all be following the PPE usage guidelines by wearing masks and gloves. It sounds great, but I have my doubts that the cleaning crew follow these guidelines.

Perfect for a Small Family
This property is awesomely located close to everything! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the convenience of the beach proximity and to have two chairs and an umbrella waiting for us everyday on the beach was icing on the cake. We were very pleased with out stay. The only thing I wished we could have had access to, was a swimming pool, but I knew they didn't have one when we booked (so no surprises there). When I attempted to stay another day, the ladies in the office were very accommodating and willing to work with me. Unfortunately there was no availability (it was July 4th weekend). Overall, Highly Recommended.
