Ilmainen Beach Service (2 tuolia ja 1 sateenvarjo! perustetaan 1. toukokuuta 30.10.2019

WAVE siit�� kaikki on viehättävä 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy Old Florida tyyliin kaksi tarinaa rannalla koti Crystal Beach nukkuvat 8. Tämä koti tulee täydellinen täysin varustettu keittiö ja suuri uima-allas aidattu takapihalla. Oma uima-allas on 25x13, ja sen syvyys on enintään 5 1/2 metriä.

Lomakodin sisätilat ovat viihtyisiä ja nykyaikaisia, ja niissä on taulutelevisiot lähes kaikissa huoneissa. Rikas kultainen hunaja, joka on pehmentänyt kovapuusta lattiapäällysteitä, virtaa koko tärkeimmässä oleskelutilassa ja tarjoaa lämpimän tunnelman. Tämä avoin huone on valoisa ja valoisa, koska kaikki aurinkoiset ikkunat ovat kaikkialla. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on mukava kokoinen keittiö, jossa on baari, johon mahtuu 4 henkeä, iso olohuone, queen-makuuhuone, pesutupa ja kylpyamme.

Yläkerrassa on kaksi king-makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ja parveke. Parveke on hyvä paikka katsella kaunista Floridan auringonlaskua!

Tämä viehättävä koti sijaitsee Scenic Highway 98: n kauas länsipäässä Destinissä ja on vain lyhyen viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta rannalta. Tämä Crystal Beach -paikka sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä suosituista rantaravintoloista, joista osa on kävelyetäisyydellä. Muita ylimpiä nimettyj�� ravintoloita, hauskoja vilkkaita baareja ja paljon vähittäiskauppoja on muutaman minuutin päässä Destinista. Perhe-huvitukset ovat myös lähellä, kuten Big Kahunan jättiläinen vesipuisto ja minigolfrata. Nauti erittäin hauska ikimuistoinen aika ihastuttavassa Crystal Beachin kotona!

Ensimmäinen kerros: Olohuone, jossa on queen-vuodesohva, ruokailuhuone, keittiö, queen-makuuhuone, täysihuone kylpyhuone, pesutupa.

Toinen kerros: King-makuuhuone, oma kylpyhuone, King-makuuhuone, oma kylpyhuone, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on parveke!

Suuremmille ryhmille hallitsemme myös kodin vieressä olevaa nimeltään Lighthouse by the Sea (5BR), jossa on myös oma uima-allas. Yhdessä molemmat kodeissa voi nukkua yhteensä 24 vierasta!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Miramar Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja vesipuiston. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Great place for a family of five to stay!
We loved our stay at “A Wave” in Destin! The location is perfect as it is very close to beach access and all the shops and restaurants you can ask for. The beach access was super convenient. The boardwalk to crystal beach is a stones throw away from the house and you have a spot with two chairs and an umbrella reserved for you. The house was extremely clean and has all the amenities and essentials you need for your stay. Can’t forget about the golf cart, which was very fun to drive around the neighborhood and nearby restaurants on the beach. I hope to bring our family back to “A Wave” in the future!

Perfect family getaway
The home was very clean. We had quick access to the beach and the beach chairs/umbrella were definitely a plus. The golf cart allowed us to get most places very quickly. I highly recommend this rental.

Lovely home and great location!
Absolutely loved this house! The location was superb and we were able to use their golf cart to access groceries, restaurants, book store and shopping. They have a lovely private pool, a short walk to the beach and the complimentary beach chairs with umbrella took it to the next level. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We’ve been coming to Destin for 15 years and this house felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

Location is really good, close to beach. Beach chair service was a great perk. Kitchen fully stocked and comfy beds. Pictures were accurate for house. House was clean and comfortable. As pics show it’s a little dated in decor/finishes, but again accurately represented. Heater on pool worked great for 65 degree spring days. Didn’t know the owner lived on-site when booking, but it was not intrusive (and they were very kind). Lots of spring breakers in the area, but sheriff did a good job monitoring. Would stay again with our family.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Would’ve been nice if there were general things like salt, pepper, sugar, tin foil, condiments, and more toilet paper. We enjoyed our stay and left some salt/pepper/extra toilet paper ☺️

Close walking distance to beach and restaurants.
House is roomy, kitchen has what you need to cook. The pool area is very nice. lots of seating. Wood decking needs work,bathroom upstairs needs repair to wall behind door. We were very happy with the house overall.We will rent this house again.

Perfect family beach house
The property was PERFECT for our family of 8 — 3 couples; infant; toddler. We would love to come back again. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with cooking utensils — including a crock pot. I cannot express enough how great of a house this is for a family vacation. Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Large size kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are roomy! Balcony wraps around half of the house with a great view. Nice, clean and friendly neighborhood. Pool was kept clean with plenty of seating and kids toys — also can catch plenty of sun by the pool all day. Propane gas grill pool-side worked great for us cooking steaks! The front yard has wonderful greenery which can keep you cool — enjoy coffee in the morning on the front porch while looking at the greenery and while your little ones play in the “Forrest”.

Solid place to stay with great property management
Overall the experience was very good. The property was as described and the pool was a valuable amenity (very clean). The beach service and the proximity to the beach were great too! The location was away from all of the hubbub of town, but still offered a nice retreat from the craziness of the area. It was not far from the restaurants and bars. There are two items which had me take away one star from my experience. 1. The outside decking was very sketchy with many gaps and very aged wood (consistent with other reviewers) 2. I found it very odd that the owners of the property lived in the garage during our stay. They were very nice people, but it felt like we lacked privacy other properties would offer. I would be remiss if I didn’t by name mention Frangista Beach Properties for their constant communication, easy checking/out, and hospitality. I would highly recommend working with them. With a little upgrading/maintenance this place would be a full 5 star stay!

A Wave from it all
The house is located a short walk to the beach and located close to groceries and restaurants without being in a crazy busy part of Destin. The furnishings need updating but the house was clean and it was great having 3 full bathrooms. The pool is smaller than anticipated from the picture and a bit old but plenty of seating and very relaxing. Glad we had the pool cause the riptide kept the beach closed for swimming 4 of our 7 day stay.

Wonderful hosts great location
Sorry for the late review we really enjoyed spending the holidays in Destin at your property. The owners are super friendly, very attentive to any issues (which we had none) and checked in to make sure we were happy. They were most generous to drop off a nice holiday care/gift package for our family which was very appreciated. Cannot beat the location 4 houses from scenic 98 (ocean blvd). Can walk to many places and beach access is literally 300 yards away. The 2nd floor deck provides a great view of the ocean and breezes from the ocean. Pet friendly with plenty of places to walk the dog. We will book here again when visiting. thank you.

Great time in Destin!
A Wave From it All met our expectations! Our family enjoyed the patio and pool as well as the spaciousness of the house and the short walks to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary utensils, dinner plates, glasses and other cooking essentials for us to enjoys meals at the house without having to go to crowded restaurants. One recommendation we have is additional safety bars in the showers to assist getting in and out of the “deep” bathtubs. We will definitely consider A Wave From it All For our housing needs when traveling to Destin in the future.

We loved the inground pool, short walk to the beach, close places to eat. Wonderful experience.
We loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Also loved that the Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel among other places were so close. We also loved having our own inground pool. It was our first time there and can’t wait to go back.
