Welcome to Marina. This gorgeous four-bedroom Destin paradise retreat has all you need for the ideal vacation. Enjoy golden hour sunsets from the balcony and spend your days relaxing in the swimming pool. The beach is just a short walk away! The home features a bright and airy beach-inspired design, fully stocked with all the items you need to make this place feel like your home away from home.

*Home Truths:*
- Please note that active commercial and residential construction is currently underway in the city of Destin.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- Please be aware that this home has a ring camera set up.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Fall getaway for 16 th birthday celebration
When we arrived to this property, the pool was extremely dirty. The house were accommodating. They gave us $100 credit for all of the garbage in the pool when we went upstairs we found mold we found dead bugs. The mattresses definitely need to be updated like sleeping on The floor The walk to the beach was a little further than five minutes. We had to ask the host where the beach access was so beware of that. It was more like a 15- 20 min. walk with beach items that one would take to the beach we went off-season so it was definitely cheaper. I would not pay to go down during spring summer rates way overrated, and the pictures are not equal to what you actually see.

Good size, but lacked cleanliness
When we first arrived the house smelled musty and of mildew. There was evidence of mold on the vents. The pool was dirty and my husband spent 1-2 hours cleaning it so the kids could swim. The pictures were deceiving as the house was worn and dirty. The chairs on the porch had handprints and dirt on them. The grill had food caked on it and had to be cleaned before we could use it. The bathroom shower curtain was stained and there was something spilled on the door. The neighborhood was cute, but noisy. Between the garbage trucks and the loading dock at the condos next door at early hours we found it difficult to sleep past 6:00am. The walk to the beach was further than we realized based on the listing and once at the beach the available space was very limited as the resorts had a significant space blocked off for their customers. Overall, we had a good trip, but only because we made do with what we had.

4 bedroom, great value!
The interior is dated and needs new carpet plus some touch up paint, but overall a great value for the size. Beautifull pool, close to beach, shops and restaurant. ***A warning to new visitors to Destin.......The majority of the beach access is roped off for the ocean-view properties. There is very little beach area for public use.

Average rental, comfortable for 2 families
The photos of this property make it appear much brighter, newer and cleaner than it actually is. Furniture shown is accurate, but it's well used and worn out. Kitchen appliances are of poor quality, especially dishwasher. Kitchen is also poorly outfitted with basic dishes, we had to hand wash silverware after each meal as there wasn't enough to get 8 of us through. Location is great for beach access, but it backs to a large commercial property where there is a lot of noise from delivery trucks. Upon arrival our check in code didn't work and once we were in, the cleanliness of the property was not spectacular. On the positive side, the management company and local crews were easy to get ahold of and responsive to our complaints.

Cute beach house
The house was bigger than it shows in the photos. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 9 and had more than enough space. The kids loved the pool. It’s truly a 5 minute walk to the beach which was so nice. We did purchase a wagon to carry all of our beach gear. I would say we could have used more washcloths and towels. I had to do a couple loads of laundry just so we had washcloths to shower with. Other than that it was great. House was clean.

Anniversary/Birthday Vacation
We stayed for 6 days during the last week of August. This was our first time in Destin so we relied on other’s comments regarding the Marina property. Let me just say that we absolutely loved staying here. Marina is very close to the beach…just a short walk. The pool is fantastic & pool floats were provided. The house provided everything we needed. All we did was make a quick stop at the grocery store to buy items for grilling, which was fantastic. The Emerald Coast highway is just down the street and you can find any place you need; restaurants, shops, liquor stores, etc. We loved our stay here & will definitely stay again. This was also the best time of year to stay - after school was back in session! And, the AvantStay team is great and will respond very quickly to any needs or requests.

We really loved the place! It was spacious and quiet! The Pool area was very nice! The beach is just a short walk away, get there early to get a spot close to the water! Everything was organized and well put together! Publix is right down the street, plenty of restaurants near the house! Could not ask for a better place to stay at the beach!

Nice house, but…
Pros: House was nice and clean. Property managers were great, always got back to me quickly for any questions I had. Pool was nice, and they provided a lot of lounge floats. The grill was brand new and worked great. Cons: Photos of the property are a little misleading, backyard wasn’t near as big as it looked in pictures. The biggest issue was the noise from the condos across the street. Every morning around 5:30 or 6:00 their large trash dumpster is emptied, and food delivery trucks arrive. You will be awakened to the beep, beep, beep, of the trucks backing up to unload. It was extremely noisy most of the day, so relaxing by the pool was out. As advertised, it is close to public beach access, however, that public beach is basically the size of a postage stamp and you can’t fit in anywhere unless you want to get up at 5:00 a.m. to go set up your spot. There were not enough bath rags, towels, etc. unless you want to do laundry everyday which isn’t something I wanted to do on vacation. Also not enough utensils, we had to wash them between each meal in order to have enough for the next meal. For as much as we paid for the home, we was pretty disappointed.

Destin first timers
This property was perfect for my family. From my mom to my daughter, it suited us all. We spent our mornings at the beach which was just a short walk from the house and the evenings exploring and hanging by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

It's the little things
While overall a positive experience we definitely had several issues during the stay. Let's start with the positive stuff though. Everything was VERY clean. Zero issues there. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of towels for everyone. Everything about the rental process was easy. Great location! Pool cleaner came twice while we were there. But here were the things that weren't so good or at least weren't what was listed. The patio only has one umbrella, and it was broken at that (the canopy was ripped in two of the spoke "pockets"). There was patio furniture in the listing that doesn't exist (a couch, chair, and coffee table under the awning). The grill igniter doesn't work which makes you choose between not using the grill or lighting it with a lighter, which isn't the safest option. One of the lounge chairs was broken. The light in the refrigerator was out. The handle on the kitchen faucet kept falling off. Several blinds were broken and either didn't close, only closed one way, didn't open, or had a broken handle to open/close it. The couch had some broken springs. The coffee maker was missing the basket. Refrigerator stopped making ice at one point. Someone did come fix it though. Dishwasher rack was missing a wheel which made it really difficult to open and close. WiFi signal was very weak. Apps on the main TV kept crashing - it's possible this was because of the terrible WiFi signal but hard to say. I would rent from AvantStay again as everything they were involved with was easy but this particular property needs some fixes.

Great space to enjoy the area
The house was perfect size to accommodate our two small families for spring break. Quiet neighborhood that allowed for morning walks with the kids, yet close to some of the ‘activities’ in Destin. Wished the owner provided a code to both the front door and back as we found the front access to be more appealing for walks with the kids. We definitely would come back.
