This beautiful condo has a beautiful casual design and is directly on the Gulf at Crystal Sands Condominiums. You will adore the views from this spacious home featuring a Gulf-front balcony on the third floor to take in the white sands and emerald green waters. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops, a full complement of housewares, and bar stools for casual dining at the breakfast bar. There is also a lovely glass-top dining table for four. The living area features a nice sofa bed, a flat TV with a DVD player, and access to the balcony. Enjoy the use of your own private stackable washer/dryer during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Love the Location...

We have stayed at this particular set of condos several times. We love it there. This particular unit needs a lot of work though. Upgrades need to be done to the TV's and furniture. It appears that the unit has been owned by the same person for a long time and still has the same furniture that has been in the unit for years. TVs are small. (master bedroom TV is about the size of a computer monitor and never worked during our stay.) Chances are that if there is a rodent issue in one unit, they are likely in all of them in the building, which is unfortunate. All in all, we would stay again on the property, just pick a different unit and management company.

Great Place but updates needed

Everything was great the location, property, roads, etc. The only complaint I have was the furniture in the condo (looks nice but is badly worn out), mainly the downstairs bed and couches.

Perfect little getaway

My boyfriend and I had a great time here. I would note that the upstairs bedroom is a loft, and the small bedroom that hosts two twin sized beds is more of a closet than a bedroom. I'd say this place is perfect for a small family or a couple's get away! Definitely had a great time, and loved watching the sun set over the ocean every night!

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY

Condo was very nice. Bathrooms need some attention but overall clean and right on the beach. Only complaint was that while our condo rental price included two chairs and an umbrella on the beach, there were two public accesses to the beach on each side of the property. This became a problem because people from the street would park and walk down and just sit in the empty chairs around the Crystal Sand residents-SAID they paid the lifeguard for the access. When we asked the lifeguard(or over seeer of the condo beach area) he said that they could pay to sit there if the chairs were empty. These straglers brought with them 10 to 15 people who PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET and just walked down to the beach. Great place, just need more beach control for the property.

Overall - wonderful! Few things need updating -

View is fabulous! Convenient & steps to the beach. 2 restaurants 5-10 minute walk and beach front. The pool is sub-par - parking lot side. Unit is NOT a 3 bedroom - it's 2 bedroom 2 bath with a closet converted to an extra sleeping room. Also, 2nd bedroom is a loft - will have to be quiet if you are up early. Few broken tiles / rusty fixtures in bathroom - would be a 5 if Wyndham paid attention to details.
