Wonderful Accomodations!

Property was exactly as described and very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and we took full advantage of the sand castle building toys, boogie boards, and pool noodles provided. The pool area was super clean and well maintained. Loved the area and proximity to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place for the family! Manager was fantastic! Great advice for things to do with the family! Big plus was coffee in the condo! For those of us who forgot to get it at the store! Very clean and accommodating!

Excellent experience

We loved this property. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the options of having a pool, tennis courts, and playgrounds. The unit was clean upon arrival and the owner provided everything we needed and was quick to respond with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We loved this condo! Everything was in perfect location to the beach, pool was right across from our unit basically and playground for our little ones. Our only issue is that the doors inside were lever handles instead of door knobs so our baby/toddler were constantly locking themselves out. Maintenance just left us a long screwdriver to unlock which we had to use frequently. We brought door knob locks from home but couldn’t use on lever handles. So just keep that in mind. Not their fault by any means. Master bed was very hard in our opinion. Pretty uncomfortable and my husband and I both ended up sleeping on the couch for several nights. Other than that, we loved this unit. Would book again, but would bring a mattress topper next time!

This is an amazing getaway

This is my mom and mines second summer at this condo. I cannot speak highly enough of this property. It is in a great location and extremely clean and affordable. It is decorated amazingly and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. We will definitely be coming back next year!

This place is an amazing getaway!

It was my mom and I staying at the condo (Unit 1104) and it was amazing. We can both be pretty picky, and have stayed in Destin before at other condos, but this will for sure be our yearly destination. The property manager responded quickly when we thought we may end up being a little bit early, and was extremely helpful, and gave us some lunch ideas as well. The check in process was very easy, and in fact the property manager was there at the office when we arrived and greeted us. I saw the property manager on site regularly, which to me when renting condos has been pretty rare, and was nice to know if we needed anything he was there. We didn’t need anything while there though. The condo was spotless and extremely well cleaned. TVs were amazing, couch and beach all super comfy. Extra towels and laundry unit in the condo. Beautiful balcony to enjoy coffee on. Also, the beach service that was included was amazing, especially for us, as the beach is the primary reason for our trip. The beach is a private beach, with someone who rents out kayaks and paddle boards, which I also love. It is close to some great restaurants, but not too close to where it’s noisy. Cannot recommend this place enough and cannot say enough amazing things. Highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed this location and would recommend to others. Clean and really close walk to the beach. It was like I never left home; all the house hold essentials you may need were there! Definitely will return in the future! Thank you!

Overall nice with a few nitpicks

Pros- Nice location, 5 minute walk to a private beach. Easy in, easy out. Well appointed kitchen. Good layout. Pool nearby was nice. Very convenient outdoor shower/hose for de-sanding after the beach. Cons- master bedroom bed very uncomfortable, had a bad that didn't cover the bed. A few issues with cleaning at the beginning, that were rectified promptly. Patio furniture dingy and dated. It's Florida, it's hit, humid, so not entirely unexpected, but did have a few roaches to deal with towards the end of our stay. Again, not unusual, but still unpleasant.

Family Vacation

This is a great VRBO location and the pool is nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants!! Only suggestion is to upgrade quality of guest bedroom mattresses and linens. The floors need to be cleaned much better. Please leave more towels for guests.

Beach Vacay

The property was perfect! It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach service was great! Lots of extra amenities in the unit such as pool noodles, boogie boards and a stroller (which came in handy during walks at night). Definitely rent a car (or just Uber and Instacart everything), since there isn’t too much within walking distance. Overall, it was a perfect relaxing vacation!

Property was just as described…such a perfect beach getaway!! Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and you could not ask for a better location or “neighborhood”. Do not hesitate to book this property, in fact we booked it again before we left for May!!!

Better than expected

I was surprised by how well stocked and clean this property was! It also includes board games and other amenities not listed. It is definitely well worth what we paid. The pool is nice and it is a very short walk to the beach. This condo is adorable and kid friendly. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book it for our next stay in Destin.

Wonderful vacation!!!

We had so much fun on our vacation!! Beautiful property and condo had everything we needed. It was about 0.25 miles to the beach and not having to bring chairs or an umbrella was a plus!!! We would definitely come back to this property!

We had a great time!

This was an excellent little vacation spot! Nice quiet rental, only had to walk across the parking lot to beach access! The pool was nice, a good sized grilling/picnic area. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, and in the section of Destin where you can rent a moped/golf cart if you don’t want to take your vehicle everywhere. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this location again!
