Poolside Family Friendly Resort 2 FULL-KING Rooms

Experience the Ultimate Gulf Coast getaway in our spacious Poolside Condo at the Palms Resort. Our recently updated 4th floor unit boast 2 Full-King Balcony rooms and a Queen memory-foam sofa bed. Destin's white sandy beaches are only a 9 minute walk away or take the resort's complimentary shuttle. Our quiet end-unit offers everything you need including a welcome pack of essentials, a 65” TV, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Mark your calendars to create unforgettable memories!

The complimentary beach shuttle can have your toes in the sugar white sand in less than five minutes or let the water carry your cares away while floating in the giant lagoon pool. Enjoy your favorite foods and beverages at the resort's restaurant, lounge, and coffeehouse, and stay active in the gym or on the sport courts. The Palms of Destin offers spacious pools and an onsite state-of-the-art fitness center.

No pets allowed. The Palms Resort only allows registered pets for permanent residents.

Guests have full access to the entire condo except for a small closet in the hall and a small closet in the master bedroom which are reserved for the cleaning/maintenance team.

We love life on Destin's Emerald Coast and are excited to share the experience with our guests! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Close to everything! This condo is centrally located in the heart of Destin close to Destin's Harbor Walk, Henderson Beach, June White Decker Free public beach access, the Destin Commons, and plenty of other restaurant and shopping options.

The Palms Resort offers a free shuttle to guests that will provide transportation to multiple beaches and other Destin locations. Be sure to check with the front desk for the most up to date shuttle schedule.

Walmart is a 10 minute walk from our Condo and supplies all your beach-going needs and anything else you may have forgot to bring.

Perfect for family
Listing is accurate to review. My family loved the resort amenities, it was a short drive to anything we wanted to do and to any store we needed. The room was great as well and kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing which didn’t bother us that much is at night you can hear a lot that’s going on from outside the room. But we loved it and will definitely come back!

Best place for Everyone
My family and I had the best time ever staying here. It was so clean and the room was a nice size for our 6-person family. The amenities are second to none, the location was perfect and close to everything, the staff are pleasant, and we had so much fun. The food and drinks were soooo good & the entertainment each night was the icing on the cake at the on site “good vibes cafe”. My kids enjoyed playing with the other kids who were there with their families at the pool. I would say It’s the perfect place for families, but I’d go back with a group of friends in a heartbeat because I could see this being a great place for adult groups/gatherings as well!

Great location. Was great for a family with small kids as we were able to cook meals in a full kitchen (no baking sheet though if you want frozen pizza). Quick drive to both Walmart and the beach. The host had great suggestions for places to eat and beaches to visit. Would stay here again.

Nice people, well maintained
The property is nice and is in the process of ongoing maintenance (which is just what every place should do). The condo itself is very well maintained. The only reasons I give it 4 stars is because of the constant wifi issues that seem to plague this property. Also only one pool is heated in the off season, could be warmer, and the hot tub needs some maintenance as far as daily dip netting junk out of it and fixing the jets. We contacted the owner about the wifi problems that we encountered and he sent someone in the next day to try to resolve it, which didn’t help but at least he tried to fix it. Overall a very nice experience,we would definitely stay again in the same place.

From Ohio to Grandaughters beach wedding. Palms of Destin and our unit very nice, clean and friendly- even the other guests. Only thing not perfect was the menu selection at the restaurant. Then again being a restaurant owner, I’m picky. But the bar was excellent. Would definitely go there again.

Beautiful Place
It was a great experience. Beautiful place. Only complaint I have is that the TVs in the bedrooms never really worked. I’m pretty big pregnant so after a long day of swimming or exploring, I just wanted to come in and get comfy clothes on and lay in bed and watch TV. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the TVs to work. They may work for a few minutes then lose everything. I would continuously try to reconnect without any luck. :(. I let property manager know but it was not able to be fixed or looked at during our stay. Oh yeah, and our son couldn’t connect his Nintendo switch to internet to play. Assuming it was an internet issue. Other than that, a clean and beautiful Place. Perfect for our family of 5 (soon to be 6!). :)
