The main-level living area is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and bright, beachy décor. Kick your feet up in the living room to watch a lazy ballgame on the large flatscreen TV with a cold drink and some good friends. The living room also includes a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan, so you can relax in comfort no matter what time of year. The full kitchen has a wine cooler, a center prep island with four bar stools, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table has seating for up to eight guests.
Off the dining room, you'll find access to the home's expansive, furnished deck. The main level also features two of the home's five bedrooms and two shared baths. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with private balcony access and en-suite baths, plus the home's private washer/dryer. The downstairs level includes a full kitchen boasting attractive countertops, a french-door refrigerator, and breakfast bar seating for six. There is also a trundle sofa, and down the hall, you'll find a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Have some work to do while you're here? Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
