I never stayed, because my flight was cancelled and I could not get out of Atlanta until 3am on Wednesday Jan 22, getting into Detroit at 5:00 am, then I was going to only have 3 hours before I had to catch my next flight. I called the hotel at around 1:30am on 1/22 to say I need to cancel and they told me i would still be charged for it. have to talk with expedia. They gave me a phone number for expedia and it said the number was no longer was available..I will dispute the bill on my credit card, if I can not get this resolved. This was all due to weather. But the hotel had plenty of rooms available and I did not compromise them not being able to rebook that room for someone else. especially when we are talking about less than 4 hours from when I booked and cancelled.. Disappointed in expedia for not being more available to cancel and take care of this matter.
