The Shinola Hotel is beautiful and everyone was very accommodating. We were served complimentary champagne upon arrival which was a nice touch. Will checked us in to the hotel and was top notch. There were plenty of staff everywhere and always friendly and helpful.

This place was amazing - we wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a bit of a splurge (though well worth the cost!) Lots of amenities right within the hotel lobby, and the room itself was comfortable and luxurious. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay for a lions game.

Loved the hotel. Everyone was wonderful; from the valet, front desk, and 2 of the fabulous restaurants we attended! The location was great close to everything. We got stuck an extra day due to flight cancellations back at home and the staff got us right back in. Can not say enough fantastic things about the food, hotel, and staff. Will definitely stay here again!
