Kodissa on tarpeeksi vuodevaatteet yli 20: lle ihmiselle ja asuinpinta-ala 30 +: lle .... mutta 20 aikuista ja 6 lasta (5-vuotiaat ja sitä vanhemmat) olisi enimmäismäärä. Huomaa: Asuntolaki sallii korkeintaan 20 aikuista. 5-vuotiaita ja vanhempia lapsia pidetään aikuisina. Emme mieluummin ole yli väkijoukon kodista mukavuuden ja yksityisyyden vuoksi.

Ensimmäisen kerroksen sisällä: 2 asuintilaa ja viihtyisä denssi, jonka keskellä on mahtava keittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu juhla, 2 jääkaappia, Thermador Range, Advantium-uuni, valtava kierrätetty lasikeskussaari, jossa on baaripaikat, ikkunat, jotka avautuvat seulotulle sivukuisti, erillinen baari ja juoma-asema, jossa vanha jääkaappi ... kaikki viihdyttivät Sonos-äänijärjestelmällä.

Kävele kaikkialla sijainnistamme! Ranta on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä 1. 5 korttelin päässä. Rehoboth Beach on 15 minuutin kävelymatka - tai vie Jolly-vaunu, joka pysähtyy kadun lopussa. Dewey on 5 minuutin kävelymatka, josta pääsee helposti Woodyn, pullon ja korkin, oikeanpuoleiseen puistoon, Dewey Beer Companyyn ja muihin. Olemme sijaitsee rauhallisella naapurustolla Rehoboth-By-The-Sea, joten voit nauttia rentouttavasta ajasta pois Dewey-juhla-alueelta.

Huomaa, että tämä koti on juuri rakennettu mittatilaustyönä. Se on ollut rakkauden työtä ja keskeneräistä työtä. Koti on kuitenkin tällä hetkellä erittäin mukava - älä ihmettele, jos lisäyskoristeita lisätään ennen saapumistasi. Toivoen yllättävän miellyttävästi!

Vastuuvapauslauseke: Kyllä, luettelossa on 2 flipperiä. He toimivat tällä hetkellä. He ovat kuitenkin temperamenttisia iänsä vuoksi. Joskus he yksinkertaisesti lakkaavat toimimasta ja tarvitsevat teknistä apua. Ei ole takuuta, että nämä koneet toimivat saapuessasi. Incredible house!
We had a large group of friends and family and this house delivered. Enough space for everyone to have privacy, great kitchen, plenty of seating and one of the most well stocked kitchens of any rental I have seen. Owner was great and checked in on us. Quick walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach!

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location
Our family loved this property! There were 15 of us, and there was plenty of room. The home is beautifully decorated, the kitchen well appointed, the game room was a real plus, and the beach is an easy walk away. We would heartily recommend.

Beautiful house and perfect location
We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. There were 5 families ranging in age from grandparents to young children. There was plenty of space - it never felt crowded. The house itself is beautiful. Totally updated and very clean. The kids loved the pinball, foosball, and arcade game in the gameroom. The adults spent most of the time at the house in the screened in front porch. Location couldn’t be better. Short bike ride to Rehoboth boardwalk, but walkable to a less crowded area of Dewey Beach. Todd is great to work with and very quick to respond. The house is even better than the pictures - highly recommend a stay.

Great Beach Property!
We rented this property for 5 days during beach week for our kids and family. This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. With a group of 16, there was more than enough space for everyone. It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy for both adult and kids -and just a few minutes from the beach. Todd was great and easy to communicate! Even though he stayed on the property (apartment behind the house) he gave us our space and privacy the entire time. I highly recommend this property for a large group or family. We will definitely be coming back!

Girls Beach Weekend!
We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Todd was very communicative and gave a list of activities around the area, such as a tiki boat ride that we ended up booking. The house was the perfect location in walking distance to the beach & downtown Dewey. The house was comfortable to fit everyone and noise didn’t carry throughout which was a bonus. We would love to stay again!

Family Wedding Celebration
This is a wonderful place to enjoy a multi generational family get together. Come to enjoy the spacious, clean, well appointed and nicely decorated home with plenty of bathrooms and areas to still enjoy privacy. The large kitchen area was a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal while catching up. The proximity to the beach was great ! We took lovely walks on the beach from Dewey to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and loved the excercise with a view. Todd was a wonderful host and his response to questions was quick and thorough. I would love to come back and experience this vacation home with my family again !

Perfect getaway for large group or family
The house was amazing and Todd was a fantastic host. The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to both Dewey and Rehoboth. What surprised us most was how well insulated the house was. Some of us stayed up later and the others had no issues with sound/noise. Todd was incredibly responsive as a host. Our propane ran out and he had a new one hooked up in minutes. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Fantastic Experience
This house is massive! The pictures don't do it justice. The walk to the beach is 4 minutes. The walk to Dewey is 10 minutes. And you're a 5 minute uber/drive away from Rehoboth. The location can't be beat. Yvette and her husband are fantastic hosts. They will guide you throughout the check-in process, provide you with tons of suggestions for things to do, quickly answer any and all questions, and ensure you have a fantastic stay. Can't recommend this house enough! Can't wait to get back!

Absolutely fabulous week
We had 17 people, all very close. The house accommodated everything. We had foodies and a professional bar tender. The kitchen side was fabulous, and the wet bar side was just as fabulous. Full size fridge on both sides. Dish washer on both sides. We cooked in house all but one night. One night we had 23 for dinner. It accommodated everything. Owner was in the back over the garage. She was there for any issues, and we invited her over one evening for a very lovely time. Could not have been better!!!

Beautiful home for our precious family vacation
My entire close family - my children, two of my sisters and their husbands and children, my parents, my aunt and my two cousins and spouses and kids - all stayed in this beautiful well-maintained home. It was a wonderful experience. The home is immaculate and we were very comfortable staying there. It’s such a short walk to beach. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom (the two that don’t have very close access). The shared living space is perfect for a large family with young kids. There’s a very comfortable and well decorated main living room connected to large kitchen and there is a close by game room (with super cool games - including pinball) where the children hung out and enjoyed their autonomy. We had a great experience dealing with the owner, Yvette, she was appropriately communicative and provided us with all the necessary information and directives before our stay. Can’t say enough great things.

Awesome Place! Awesome Location!
Great experience all around! Wonderful, unique home that met all of our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. It provided ample space to get our large group together as well as give us all room to spread out with a variety of bedroom layouts and multiple family rooms. Pinball machines were a hit with everyone. Easy walk to the beach, Fifers market and all of Dewey.. Owner was extremely professional, helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication and accomodations
The property is amazing... so many options for sleeping , excellent common areas, and PINBALL! a bonus.. the porch was also extensive.. The owners were very fair and balanced as we navigated a few issues... Communication is key!

Best week, best house!
We had the VERY BEST week on our vacation - largely due to this beautiful rental home and Todd + Yvette's attention to detail. It is hard to describe the wonderful time we had! From the comfortable accommodations to location to weather - it truly was perfect. Not only is the house large and spacious but it was beautifully decorated, modern + didn't feel like a rental! There was space to spread out, space to dine together + space to retreat to your own bedroom. We especially enjoyed the large open kitchen, dining, living room which made it easy for hanging out + space for the kids to play. We loved the outdoor showers, very short walk to the beach [it is short- even the littles didn't complain!] + eating on the front porch. Todd + Yvette had wonderful suggestions on what to do + see. We rented bikes for the week which made seeing Dewey + Rehoboth easy. They offered suggestions on a linen rental service + beach yoga contact - both were lovely. We also did a catered seafood boil on the porch one night + a bonfire on the beach another - big hits with the group. Walking into a rental home with a group of 20 can be a scary process - what if it doesn't live up to the online reviews or owner description?! I can assure you this is NOT the case with this home - it exceeded every expectation + review. You can tell Todd + Yvette care about this home which is reason why we were able to enjoy it so much - if you aren't able to return the respect and care for the home, it isn't rental for you! Our only note would be to keep in mind that the upstairs bedroom with 4 twin beds is not completely closed - it is private + secluded but there is not a door from stairway. We can't wait to return in future!

Wonderful experience at an amazing house!
We spent a wonderful long weekend at the beach house. I cannot think of anything that we did not like. Everything was great in the house. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, and of course easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The house is huge and beautifully decorated. It is great for anyone who needs a lot of space or privacy. And the pinball arcade is a fantastic bonus! We did have to call a few audibles due to the pandemic, but Yvette and Todd were very easy to contact and work with. They let us move our original trip dates to later in the year without any issues. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach trip in Delaware.

Unexpected Perfection
As noted when selected, this was an amazing property. We titled this unexpected perfection as it was unexpected to walk into the ambiance, lighting and music when we arrived and the trip was "perfect".. The only issue was that we needed to head home. Thank you for a well awaited getaway!

Nice house, good location, but not worth associated stress
My group & I did not particularly enjoy our stay at this property for a few reasons: 1. Comfort w/ owners: much of our communication with Todd & Yvette (T&Y) prior to arrival focused on them reminding us that they live across the street & would watch what we do, both live & through the security camera on the front porch. This made our group uncomfortable. Further, they stated that they’re typically invited over during guests’ stays. Given that we’re in a pandemic, we did not feel comfortable with them coming over. Although we stated this, Todd stopped by in person, and without a mask on – we realize this was an attempt at a friendly gesture, but since we’d communicated that we didn’t want to meet in person, Todd’s maskless showing was not appreciated. 2. Owner flexibility: other reviews cite the pride T&Y take in their home. For my group, this pride came across as intense rigidity. T&Y expect guests to primarily use the outdoor showers so as to not bring sand into the house (a beach house…); they ask guests not to move furniture; they have strict no pets rules (no flexibility for well-trained support animals); the 10 am check-out time is immovable. They also regularly note they will police all policies. 3. House quality: the house is nice but did not justify the price. We expected MUCH more, particularly since you must rent all sheets & bath & beach towels, put the sheets on the beds, & provide all bath products. Further, I expected everything to be labeled so we wouldn’t have any challenges discerning the purpose of a light switch, using the Sonos, etc. But it wasn't, so I had to text the owners a number of questions. Yvette was relatively responsive when I texted her, but I wish I hadn’t had to text. 4. Owner communication: After communicating with T&Y in the week leading up to our stay, it became apparent that this house might not be a great fit for our group. Todd offered to “refund monies allowed.” When, less than 24 hours later, I procured another house, he retracted his offer. I emailed back to inquire what he had meant by “refund monies allowed”, and he just didn’t respond. We went through with our stay because we were unwilling to forfeit our money, but this added to our stress. Renting this house became an unpleasant situation. I give T&Y credit for having a large beach house with some cute beach decorations but cannot in good conscience recommend renting this house, as the property doesn’t warrant the aggravation that comes with it.

Much Needed Family Time
Our large blended family spent a week in this fabulous, perfectly located, extra roomy beach house. We had such a wonderful week, every adult couple took a turn cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating to enjoy each other's company during the week. Loved the en-suite bathrooms which gave everyone privacy and a sense of independence. Location, location, absolutely perfect. Walked to the beach, walked to the farm stand/ convenience store. we could not have asked for a better house or better weather. Definitely the best family vacation to date., July 2020! Thank you Yvette!!
