Explore our premier oceanfront rental, The Sea Horse, through the "Virtual Tour" link on our 5StarVR site. This extraordinary coastal retreat in Dillon Beach offers a truly immersive vacation experience, complete with a secluded beach just a 2-minute hike or a 2-second drop (not recommended) away!

The Sea Horse boasts four spacious bedrooms with California king-sized beds and four full baths. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, and there are three additional areas that can serve as overflow bedrooms, providing a total of seven sleeping spaces. One unique feature is the beautiful movie theater/media room with a fireplace and a 14' projection wall, offering an IMAX-like experience. The living room and family room also provide additional sleeping options.

The bright and open floor plan features a great room with soaring beamed ceilings, 18' windows, a large living room, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with quarts counters and an island, and a dining room with a table for 12 plus counter seating for 4. The great room opens to a huge deck with breathtaking views of waves crashing onto the California coast. A second family room below has another deck with unobstructed ocean views and a brand-new hot tub just below. The family room can be curtained off to act as a fifth bedroom. All well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary maple cabinets and stone tile, with two master suites offering spacious showers and the main bathroom featuring a deep jetted tub.

For electric car owners, we've added a level 2 J1772 ev charger, allowing you to charge your vehicle fully. Bring your own cord and adapter for Teslas and other plug types. With numerous 5-star rave reviews across various platforms, we aim to make your stay the next exceptional experience.

Visit our 5StarVR site for details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. The hot tub is heated at no additional charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While Sea Horse is an amazing property for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed in County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Perfect house for group celebrations
We were a group of 12 celebrating my daughter‘s 30th birthday. The location was great, plenty of parking in front of the house. The house is wonderful and was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. For our group there was no problem with some people sleeping on pull out couches as most all of the friends were avid outdoorsy people. The kitchen was well equipped, the sitting area for everyone was perfect. The views were outstanding as the house is right on the ocean. One issue is that we had to pay 250 extra to have the Jacuzzi cleaned because everyone enjoyed the Jacuzzi often over the long weekend. And we were not given any sort of chemicals to rebalance after each usage. We were there for five days so by the end of that the Jacuzzi needed to be emptied, and they charged us the extra amount.The only other negative to this house was the fact that several of the lamps were not working in the house and there were no lights on the internal stairway so we had to put lanterns around otherwise it was a bit dangerous at night. Also, all of the windows in the master suite had not been washed, and we needed to clean them up in order to enjoy the fabulous view.We went in January and the house was quite cold and took a long time to heat up, but once we heated it up, it stayed cozy throughout the visit. The owners were quite responsive anytime we had a question.Everyone enjoyed their stay in this beautiful house in this stunning location.

Amazing ocean view
It was a 60th birthday celebration with my husband, sisters, and brother in law. We relaxed on the deck. Made dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Loved the theater room with a huge selection of movies. Throws are a nice touch. Sunset was spectacular.

Great space to host multiple families
The amount of bedrooms with en suites really helps when a few families come to stay together, with a well-appointed kitchen and ample communal living areas. And obviously there are unbeatable views and great porches to take in the sunset. Just a note that if using the provided airbeds (as we were for children), they deflated immediately (and not just slowly, overnight). And many of the recliners in the theatre room are a bit off-track (a result of a lot of renters, I guess), not that this negatively impacted our stay. Way better than not having a theatre room at all!

Fantastic Dillion Beach House
This a fabulous house and has something for everyone. Gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, ocean views, lots of space for a large group, a hot tub to relax in and the kids favorite a movie theater!!! Well stocked in movies for everyone. Recliners and a full screen. It is an amazing well stocked home!

50th Anniversary at Sea Horse
The property was perfect for the gathering of our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Plenty of entertainment for the teens and young adult and comfortable for the new mom and her 3 week old infant. Our favorite activity was walking the dogs down to Dillon beach where everyone could romp and play. The house had all the kitchen cookware, accessories and utensils to make meal prep and even elegant desserts quite simple. It’s unanimous we should try this again.

Great Beach House
As soon as you walk into the front door WOW is the word . The ocean view is fantastic only wished that the windows were cleaned and clearer. The house has everything you need just bring your food. The theater room is an added bonus. Sitting on the outside deck was so relaxing watching the ocean waves. The hot tub was new and was wonderful to relax in. Overall we all had a great time!!!

Literally everything was thought out on being a hospitable host. We arrived and were immediately struck by the incredible ocean view. The accommodations were clean, luxurious and well appointed. I loved the home theater and hot tub. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach and having the ocean sounds while we slept. I’m definitely coming back.

The Wonderful Sea Horse
Great house and location. The house was well cared for and had all the kitchen appliances you would need. Appreciated that the "book/manual" had everything in the kitchen labeled with pictures. No need to open all the drawers and cabinets to find any utensil. The beds were comfy but the pillows were too soft for us. Great views on a clear day. Property Manager and his team were very efficient and responsive. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic coastal getaway
My friends and I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Sea Horse! The views from the house are stunning, the layout of the house is perfect for a large group of friends, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The property manager was incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive. All of my questions were answered promptly, and it was very easy to communicate with management! I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Overall a nice property. View awesome. Big space. Fun theater room. Clean. Few cons. Master bath upstairs has no counter space which kinda wasn’t great. Keurig broke. We just had to go out and buy grinds for the multi-cup coffee maker.

Great home with the best view
Four of us spent the weekend, and had a few friends out to visit for the day. Great location, easy access to private beach, doggy friendly house, fun theater room with recliner chairs, big beautiful decks to hang out, loved the gas fireplaces that just heat up the room so quick We loved it, and we'll be back!
