Great hotel for relaxing holiday
At reception only one man was fluent in English. Service was above the average than in general in tunisia but still not European standard.
Room is good size and clean, new towels daily. Our toilet broke but they fixed it the same night. Only two plug ins and no wifi in the room!! The lobby wifi was so crappy that it never worked well unless you went at midnight when nobody was there.
Toilet facilities near restaurant were bad, always glogged or the flush didn't work. Often the staff were there juat sitting and having there rest reserving the booth for ages... or smoking weed with the whole place smelling disgusting
Foods were great, drinks not. Ended up buying water from the small shop for 0.6td. Surrounding area is booring, few turistic shops and that's all. Beachside restaurant not as good as the main one and the beach itself not so pretty. Pool on the other hand is great with good music!! Though many entertainment people would go around talking and getting people to activities like dancing, darts, cross bow etc... for us it was a bit annoying when we just wanted to relax and they didn't speak English. in the evenings there was always entertainment like karaoke, disco or a play of some sort.
Most visitors were German, Russian and French. No drunken people regardless of the free drinks (ends at 11pm). Some children running around but not too many.
All in all I enjoyed ous stay and we reserved more nights since the atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, can recommend!!
