We had a wheelchair accessible room. Was very room and was helpful as we worked with our adult son. Didn't like that the room was on the 4th floor. If the elevator fails, I don't know what we would do.

Nice Hotel But Bad Room

Phone didnt work. A/C unit made a loud buzz when running. No hot water. Maybe we just got a lemon for a room. Other than that hotel was great and staff was great.

The place is a little worn and the bed and pillows are well used. Our bathroom floor was, the only word I can use, sticky. The breakfast and breakfast area were great.

HOTELS.COM stinks!

Hampton Inn and Suites is a great place, and I have never had a bad experience with them. Hotels.com on the other hand sticks to high heaven. I book 3 days in advance, and when we arrived there was NO reservation in Hampton Inn's system. We did not have a room. Hoptels.com left the whole thing hanging in limbo. The manager, did some quick research, found the reservation in the cloud, and then she and the staff on the desk went into crisis mode and found us a room. Sadly all rooms with handicap bathrooms were already filled, so I had to carefully make do. I will NEVER use HOTELS.COM again. Hampton Inn and Suites - Dodge City, YES we will be back Thank You!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great! The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling quite a bit. Also, there were 4 people in the room but there were only 3 sets of towels. Overall, it was very nice.
