Upea huvila uima-altaalla, merinäköala upealla maisemalla Chian tornilla ja vaaleanpunaisella flamingolaguunilla ....
Huvila sijaitsee strategisessa, määräävässä asemassa, aukion urheilu- ja kaupallisten palveluiden alueen ja Chian golfkentän välissä.
Kivi julkisivun ja bougainvillea-oksien kehyksellä, verannalla ja talon suurilla ikkunoilla, joita Sardinian verhot suojaavat, avautuvat tornin lahdelle upea näköala.
Valkoiset seinät, kivi- tai keramiikkapinnat, kalusteet harmaasävyisissä, hiekka- ja sinisissä ja turkoosi sävyissä .... suuri ja valoisa olohuone on sisustettu tyylikkäästi nykyaikaiseen tyyliin, suurella sohvalla, huonekaluilla, joilla on välttämättömät linjat, huolellisesti valitut esineet, kuoret, maljakot ja lamput sekä sisustuskoristeet, joilla on yhteinen teema: luonnon ja meren värit.
Huoneet, joissa kaikissa on merinäköala, huomiota yksityiskohtiin maksimaalisen mukavuuden takaamiseksi ja jotta vieraat tuntevat olonsa kotoisaksi, Chian maagisessa ympäristössä.
Kahdessa laadukkaalla materiaalilla viimeisteltyssä kylpyhuoneessa on erityinen muuraussuihku (kristalli ja kivi ...) (suihku 80x70 cm., suihku 90X70cm)
Keittiö, joka on kalustettu paikallisten käsityöläisten erityisesti suunnittelemiin ja valmistamiin huonekaluihin, on pieni ja toimiva alue, joka on yhteydessä olohuoneeseen ja josta on näkymät mukavalle ja ilmavalle patiolle, jossa on käytännöllinen pesula-alue ja ruokailutila ulkona grillin lähellä.
Talon ympärillä oleva puutarha on yhteydessä takana olevan terassin kanssa, jossa on ulkosuihku.
Talon asiakkaiden käytettävissä on iso yksityinen autotalli / autotalli talon alla kellarin kanssa.
Talo on puoliksi itsenäinen ja sijaitsee pohjakerroksen yläpuolella, ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, johon pääsee 120 cm leveällä pääportaalla. 17 askelmaa ja 15 portaan huoltoportaat (leveys 90cm) takaosassa.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Chia Golf Sporting Club. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Beautiful house and garden with nice perks
We stayed 1 week and had a great time. The private pool was heaven for us and our kid. We also had a private parking at the beach, so that we did not have to walk the 15mins, which was very nice and unexpected (did not read that in the ad). In the first night 1 AC did not work but it was fixed promptly the next day and the support was very friendly. We also managed to loose the keys and were almost in trouble, as we noticed it at 8pm after which the agency's service hours end. However, we found another great solution, which we do not state here, but I think it should be told other guests as an emergency option. If not, be aware that in contrast to other providers you will be on your own after 8pm. All in all we would come back, especially off-season because Chia was really crowded in July (similar to Costa Smeralda).

La dolce Vita dans un cadre magnifique
Très belle location, bien équipée, la vue est absolument superbe et la maison est très bien pensée. Il y a toujours des emplacements au soleil ou à l'ombre. La piscine est toujours au soleil. Les lits sont confortables et notre séjour du 09 au 16 juin 2023 n'a pas été perturbé par l'hôtel (animations, concerts...). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants.

Gutes Feriendomizil als Ausgangspunkt für Sardiniens Südwesten
Helles, gemütliches und individuell eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse, guten Betten und einer perfekten Ausgangslage in Chia. Außerordentlich freundlicher Empfang und engagierte Betreuung durch die Agentur und die Vermieterin. Einziger Nachteil ist die völlig unfunktionale und spartanisch eingerichtete Küche.

Settimana stupenda anche grazie a questa meravigliosa location
Cercavamo proprio un posto come questo, dotato di ogni comfort, che permettesse di sentirsi in relax anche una volta tornati dal mare o appena svegli la mattina. Piscina bella e ideale per i bambini e per il relax degli adulti. Casa ampia e spaziosa completamente goduta in due adulti e tre bambini ( di anni quasi 2, 7 e 10). Confort e servizi di ristorazione nelle vicinanze anche con asporto per godersi cene, colazioni e qualche pranzo sotto il porticato. Bellissime le spiagge di Chia e Tuerredda tutte nel giro di pochi km. Ci siamo spinti sino a Porto Pino e Sant'Antioco con in'ora di macchina. Consigliatissimo! Grazie alla sig.ra Margherita ed il suo staff. Tutti gentili e disponibili. Ripartitei ora!

Toller Urlaub
Insgesamt ein sehr toller Urlaub! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben in sehr toller Lage, sauber, sehr schöner Pool. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Immer eine schnelle Auskunft. Zuvorkommend bei Check in und Check out. Einzig die Umgebung war für uns nicht optimal, da man fast nirgends vor 19.30 oder 20 Uhr was zu Essen bekommt. Da man im Haus aber gut kochen kann, haben wir die Kleinste verpflegt und später eine Pizza geholt.

Perfect Location, Accommodation and Landlord
We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful well furnished villa, perfect location with absolute fabulous view. The owner Margherita was incredibly responsive with questions issue we had. The property is very well maintained and the concierge service very friendly and swift in organising any special wish or to fix any issue. The only downfall is Wi-Fi in the house didn't work properly but we all used our phone data so it is not a big issue for us. They cleaned the pool twice and we were very impressed with this service too. We also used our Drone to take lots of video and pictures from the front garden with mountain view. We would stay here again. Once again thank you Margherita

Casa dotata di ogni comfort per una vacanza in riva al mare. Accogliente e spaziosa. Funzionale anche in tanti. Piscina molto apprezzata dai figli. Posizione strategica e comoda. Unico appunto il volume alto dell’animazione serale e notturna dell’antistante Chia Laguna Resort, in tutti gli altri orari assoluta quiete. Da consigliare.

Très bonne expérience
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la villa. Margherita est très serviable et sympathique, dès que nous avions une question, elle y a répondu très rapidement. La description est conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé et la maison est très agréable. L'accès à la plage est assez facile à pied, environ 10 minutes de marche. La piscine n'est pas sécurisée (pas de barrière autour), il faut donc faire attention avec les enfants en bas âge.

Erholsamer Urlauber in einer wunderschönen Gegend
Wir wurden nach einer „ungewollt langen und stressigen“ Anreise ganz herzlich von Margherita begrüßt. Das Haus liegt zentral und nach kurzen Fußwegen erreicht man die wunderschönen Strände. Ein Auto ist dennoch empfehlenswert. Das Haus selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die einzelnen Räume/Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die großzügige Terrasse ist mit Esstisch und Stühlen, einer Lounge-Garnitur und sogar Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Hier war für jeden etwas dabei. Der Pool ist zwar nicht so groß um ein paar Runden zu drehen aber das kann man im Meer auch wunderbar. Wir haben ihn täglich zum abkühlen genutzt. Die Abendshows des angrenzenden Hotels hatten wir nicht als störend empfunden. Wer natürlich absolute Ruhe sucht... Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Vielen Dank an Margherita und ihren Mitarbeitern

Nice beaches
there were lot of nice beaches very close to the property, nice bars, attractive surroundings. Property very convenient for 7 people. The only minus was close hotel with evening programme, so if looking for quiet sunset be careful😄

Not what you would expect at this price
Given the price we paid we expected more. The villa is conveniently located close to many beautiful beaches. Unfortunately its right next to the Chia Laguna Hotel who have a very loud and annoying entertainment EVERY EVENING frim 9 to approx. 11pm. No chance to enjoy a quiet dinner outside or have the kids sleeping with windows open. The villa itself is a bit run down. It was not properly cleaned, with dust and spiderwebs in the corners, towel hangers in the bath broken, old and uncomfortable matrasses, old kitchen with not even a well functioning coffee machine, ac broken (they fixed promptly however!), many ants from day 1. In summary one could say its been a mid-class holiday home at the first-class price.

Great villa with very responsive hosts
We had a great holiday in Chia. The hosts were extremely responsive, any requests were responded to immediately. The villa faces east which means there were some wonderful sunrises for early risers! Very clean, comfortable and well equipped villa.

Très belle maison avec une décoration raffinée et parfaitement équipée. Piscine et jardin très agréable idéale pour le farniente et le repos. Plages magnifiques à proximité, quelques boutiques et une supérette à 5 minutes à pieds... Tous les ingrédients pour un séjour à hauteur de ses promesses. Et bien sur des restaurants à proximité à des prix raisonnables et des produits frais de la région. Que de beaux souvenirs ! Les spectacles en soirée du Chia beach club animent les diners à la maison !!

Lovely property
We had a lovely week at this villa last week. The nearby beaches were beautiful, the sea stunningly clear, the pool at the property was great - our 3 and 5 year olds absolutely loved it. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The property is a great size, nicely decorated and very comfortable. After a few nights of playing musical beds with the kids we found the room on the left to have the more comfy mattress (unless you like it really firm. Then go right). The pillows were also incredibly hard but we found that using the cushion fillings from the living room in the pillowcases was far better. Finally I found it a little irritating that the soap dispensers in the bathrooms had no soap (why bother having them there?!) and that there was no washing up liquid in the kitchen. I really feel these are things each guest should not have to buy, so hopefully the property owners can remedy this for the next guests. It's only really only because of these small niggles that I didn't rate the property 5 stars, because it was otherwise perfect.

Beautiful villa in a stunning setting
We had a lovely stay with our toddler and 5 year old. They loved the villa and the pool. We loved the view, the space and the stunning beaches nearby. Margherita was a great host, friendly and helpful and quick to respond. One day she brought us traditional Sardinian bread and sweets which was a lovely thing to do. The location is close to some fabulous beaches Tuerreda, Chia and Porto Pino to name a few. It is a relatively quiet location with a nice food market across the road but if you like to be close to a town it is worth noting that Chia is more village like. The villa is located on the side of a hill near to a quite large hotel which offers amenities /cafes / restaurants etc. Oh and if history is your thing the archeological site of Nora is close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Gegend
Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, mit Pool und Garten. Tolle Strände in der Umgebung und freundliche Vermieter im Hotel Sportivento. Nur vom Hotel nebenan kann es laut sein, wenn am Abend Aufführungen gemacht werden. Die Strasse ist auch recht nah, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen wieder

good semi detached property very convenient central location ,
Marguerita was lovely and very efficient in helping . A very welcoming meat platter was appreciated. I feel that the proper is over priced ..it is lovely but from the pictures looked a lot larger and high in quality , where actually it is a semi detached property ( fortunately there was no one occupying next door on our first week ...we are a party family!).there was no coffee cups , the recycling was a headache as there was no organisation at the villa for it,it would have been good to have organised areas ,bags and larger bins to accommodate this. Some accessories a little low quality- hair dryer,towel rails,garbage bin .It would have helped to have dishwasher tablets available .i feel picky but i did search for a high end(in price )villa ...so was expecting high quality all round .I would definetly recommend this villa but perhaps valued a little less.
