This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Dubai. We booked the property solely for its prime location, but what we encountered was unacceptable. The restaurant and club noise was relentless — even from the 48th floor, the music from the ground floor pounded through the night. Despite repeated complaints and being shifted to different rooms, nothing changed. The noise persisted every single night, well past midnight. What was truly disappointing was the receptionist’s dismissive attitude. It was clear she was fully aware of this ongoing issue and simply chose not to address it. This kind of indifference towards guests is unacceptable and completely unworthy of any property claiming to offer a premium experience.

Mediocre for the star category. No bell service for bags when I arrived. Put me in room with 2 medium beds as a single traveller. Waited 30 mins to talk with reception for change. Unable to change my room. Reception overwhelmed with clients and not enough service at check in and check out. Room style is dated.

Its a beautiful hotel that very conveniently located near the malls, restaurants and many other shops. The staff are really helpful, attentive and very friendly. Gorgeous spacious rooms. Their breakfast buffet is also excellent.

Not a bad hotel

Overall, the hotel was amazing. While the water pressure and breakfast buffet could have been better, the view from our room was beautiful (though not of burj khalifa) and the aesthetic in the hotel was great. However we did hear the music while trying to sleep at night despite bringing a portable sound machine.

Noise and condition.

The noise from the surrounding bars and nightclubs goes until about 4am - you can hear the bass thud and the music even at 43 floors above. Nightmare to sleep, even if earplugs. Hotel is ok, needs a re-furbishment. Reminds is of a 2990's Hilton property in Bamako actually. Spa is super unaccomodating! Some lovely staff however in exec lounge, housekeeping and front doors.

Very Loud Music and Traffic Noise!!!

There was very loud music and traffic noise (even we were on level 31!), as well as noise sounded like wind blowing. As a result we had a very bad sleep. We only stayed for 1 night and was hoping the noise would quite down after mid-night, but it didn't. As the kids already fell into sleep, we didn't want to ask for a change of room. The loud music lasted till at least 2-3am. The next morning I complained to the reception. Apparently they were aware of this issue as we were not the first one to complain. I was told the music was from a club opposite to the hotel. I was amazed 1) the hotel didn't do anything knowing this was a big issue for customers and still assigned the room to us; 2) how come we can hear loud music and traffic noise even we are on level 31. Customer Service is average, certainly not as friendly and helpful as other two 5-star hotels we stayed during the trip. Wouldn't choose this hotel again.
