I hated it so much that I slept in my car instead. There are other places in Dubbo. Try them. It has a halfway-house correctional facility vibe.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Room consisted of queen and single bed, tv, AC, small bin and two bedside tables. That was it. No fridge, no bathroom, no tea making facilities. Had to use a communal kitchen and single male and female bathroom for the whole floor. Something that was not clear at all when making the booking. Reception staff did not state this at all when checking in otherwise we would have requested somewhere else if possible.

Initially I was satisfied with this room, but the bug issue on the bed was disgusting. I didn’t call to complain/get another bed because on the site all their rooms were occupied and I had nowhere else to stay.

Hi there. Staff. Cleaners. Excellent. I couldn’t sleep. Everyone that stayed there were so vocal. There was one lady on the phone at like 1 am-2 am. What I’m trying to say is the rooms sound proofed. I won’t be back. James. People who travel need their sleep. Very disappointed.
