Lovely room in amazing location

We loved our stay. Book the sea view room if you can. Lovely view. Very comfy king bed with high ceilings. Excellent location right next to old town gates. Great value and friendly host.

Tea was more that helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed chatting with her.The room was clean and spacious. The public parking by the hotel was expensive but were given option to a cheaper site further away.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Owner was friendly and accommodating, and the location was much better than staying within the city walls. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the triple room. Good proper double bed, super clean, airconditoning works. Small fridge & kettle. Great location next to old town. As it is an old building, soundproofing is not very good and the area is noisy during night.

A great apartment very close to the old town (50 metres). Bed was comfortable, lots of amenities, hosts were terrific, however the aircon was not up to the job and took quite a while to cool the room down. Besides that, it was a great room and excellent location.

A very nice location just outside the Pile Gate. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with refrigerator and kettle with coffee and tea. No elevator so there are a few stairs, but worth it. Host very helpful and friendly.

Great location makes this a good value

Great location right outside Pile gate. Quite a few stairs to the entrance door. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Easy to leave luggage on last day in courtyard which is locked off. It was small and simple, but comfortable at a great price.

Excellent property, we had the room with the sea view, next to old town. If you're going to visit Dubrovnik stay at this place. Within easy reach of cable car and beach and not forgetting the old town.

Once we arrived, Téa the hotel manager was very very helpful. Unfortunately the Expedia service doesn’t communicate with the hotel easily so there was difficulty before arriving but after no issues.
