Whether it's a family retreat or a gathering of friends, Thatched Cottage offers ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. The spacious open-plan living room is the perfect social hub, featuring a full-size pool table, an inviting open fire (safeguarded with a fire guard), a retro arcade table, a large Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player and PS4, and a large, comfortable leather corner recliner sofa that comfortably seats up to 8 people.

Step outside through the patio doors and discover the continuation of the social space in the enclosed garden, complete with a hot tub and garden furniture (sits 4x) for relaxation and enjoyment.

Inside, Thatched Cottage boasts a fully-equipped kitchen area with a special Rayburn range cooker, while upstairs, three beautifully-decorated bedrooms await. The main bedroom offers a luxurious super king bed, a Juliette balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, with a bathroom right next door. Additionally, there's a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, free standing bath with Jack and Jill doorways (en suite to the second bedroom). There is an extra shower room on the ground floor, next to a cosy snug.

Great place and good quality and great facilities. Sons in there 20s loved the pool table and hot tub. Has Uber delivery food places as it's good distance outside town. Dundee as a city a bit run down but cottage in area outside city and far enough away to not get any city issues and lovely and quiet

Brilliant weekend away, stunning property, immaculately clean, added bonus with pool table and hot tub, sun trap at front with great views, beautiful big bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen with AGA cooker and huge dining table. Not to far from Broughty Ferry with a huge array of pubs and restaurants (recommend the ship inn) definitely booking again.

My wife and I and our Labrador had a brilliant stay at The Thatched cottage . It’s got absolutely everything you would need including a hot tub , pool table and AGA cooker . It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere when In reality it’s only 5 minutes from Dundee . We will definitely be booking again the place is class .

An excellent property, close enough to Dundee but still in a quiet rural countryside location. Really great facilities, we especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and massive selection of games, the whole property was very comfortable and spacious. Great enclosed garden for the dog. Would definitely recommend.
