Convenient and quiet
Conveniently situated in the middle of Mosgiel, close to a number of cafes, restaurants and takeaways as well as dairies and supermarkets. Good size room, slightly dated facilities but had everything we needed. Surprisingly quiet considering being in the middle of town and on the main street. Comfortable bed and, unusually for motels/hotels these days, lighting that was sensibly placed and bright enough to allow easy working at the desk.

Although the room was quite small, all the utilities were useful. The kitchens are more functions than most hotels I've been, coming with many utensils, kettle and most importantly, microwave.
