Vuonna 2018 rakennettu uusi koti on sisustettu kauniisti ja varustettu uusilla sängyillä (Casper), uusilla vuoteilla ja täysin varustetulla keittiöllä. Koti on asetettu 2 makuuhuoneen + 2 kylpy. Kolmas makuuhuone on perustettu toimistoksi, mutta tarvittaessa se voidaan asettaa kuningatarpatjalle.

This was the BEST stay on whole 9 day adventure. Home was clean and guest information provided was excellent. My only regret was not staying here longer. Definitely want to come back and have a long stay here.

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! I We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. The property was so clean and it was so well stocked with everything we needed. The gas fire pit and the gas grill worked well for our needs. And above all the views off of the back deck are just amazing. Location, what can one say, the hot springs just down the street and the downtown area just minutes away along with wild to mild rafting so close.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is outside of Durango, but not a bad drive at all. Across the highway from a nice grocery store. Enjoyed the a/c units in two of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this home!!

Wonderful home!
Wonderful home. We stayed 3 nights and attended our nieces' wedding. We were just minutes from the wedding venue. The house was very clean and well supplied. Lovely outdoor patio with a great fire pit. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adults and one 19 month old (with host permission) and the house was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Mike is a great host. Thank you!

Very enjoyable experience
The property was very clean and pleasant. Having dinnerware and kitchen utensils was wonderful as we cooked several meals there. It took us a bit to get the hang of using the stove and adjusting temperatures. Mike was very quick to respond when we had trouble getting on the internet.

This house is probably one of the nicest, cleanest, well supplied, and comfortable VRBO accommodation we have ever rented. Our group felt very much at home and appreciated being able to relax and gather outside on the deck after a busy day of touring. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Durango area.

Great location and well appointed
Communications and directions were great. Michael responded promptly to any of our inquiries. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access from the main highway. Property was spotless, well appointed and had most of the items one would need if cooking. Both bathrooms had double sinks and large counters. The stove was nice but read directions before using to reduce confusion of how to turn a burner on. Overall this is a great property for either a friends or family group.

Everything mike’s house has to offer is awesome. Great location just a short 15 minute drive to downtown Durango. House has everything you need and was very very clean. Mike was great at communicating. Will stay again!

This was our second stay at this property. It’s close to Dalton Ranch, quiet, clean, and accommodates a decent size group. We prefer staying away from downtown and this is a perfect location.

Clean and Homey!
Michael's property is brand new, incredibly clean, and perfect for three couples staying in Durango for an August wedding. One of the rooms does not have AC (which the listing specifies) but we didn't find that room to be too warm at all, even in middle-of-August! The Kitchen is stocked with a Mr. Coffee pot and has all the dishes and cooking supplies we needed to make breakfast. The laundry room was also stocked with Tide Pods so we were able to do Laundry. All of the instructions are included by the property owner in an easy-to-read manual and the host was responsive and accommodating! I searched pretty hard for the right property for our needs and we couldn't be happier with Michael's home! Plus all of the furnishings in the place are so fun and personal. I would not recommend staying here without a rental car or other vehicle.

Durango Trip
We loved the location of this rental. Out of the hustle and bustle of Durango but close enough to quickly get to the restaurants, shopping, and train ride in town. Loved the drive north towards Silverton as well. This house was near a hot springs spa, a great market grocery /wine/spirits store, and very close to a great restaurant called James Ranch Grill. Great place to stay.

Lovely home and very attentive host
We had a great time and the property served our needs perfectly. Modern, clean, comfortable, my mother-in-law was very happy there and she is hard to please! Kitchen had everything we needed: we always do our own cooking and are a little fussy in that department. The owner checked in with us by email a couple of times to make sure everything was as we needed. We appreciated the mini splits that allowed for our differing sleep comfort styles. On a bad weather day, we enjoyed the comfortable living room and dining room for playing table games & watching a movie with a couple of friends staying nearby. We would stay again.
