Beautiful 4 Seasons Sugar Camp Lake House - Steps Away From Chain Lake!

KRAZY KRUEGER Lake House is the perfect place to make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Welcome to our completely remodeled 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath lake house, which sleeps 7 and is only steps away from Chain Lake! Chain Lake is a fully recreational lake and is part of the Sugar Camp chain of 5 lakes, including Echo, Stone, Sand and Dam. The property offers 100 feet of partial sand frontage, great fishing, swimming and recreational activities as well as nearby access to miles of ATV, UTV, snowmobile, biking and walking trails. You’ll love the warm and cozy feel of our newly renovated lake house, which incorporates natural stone and wood elements throughout, along with a touch of modern farmhouse design we’ve added to create some uniqueness.

When you enter the kitchen you’ll be greeted by a warm ambient glow from our custom antique lighting. You’ll find it very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, glassware and serving needed during your stay. There are new stainless appliances, a blender, a microwave, as well as a coffee pot and Keurig for all of your caffeine needs.

In the main living space, you’ll find a 55 inch wall-mounted TV, a remote control fireplace, many board games, puzzles as well as maps to help you navigate the area. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi to all of our guests.

Our house has 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a full-size bed and a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the third bedroom. Although the bedrooms are smaller; new beds, mattresses and bedding ensure a very comfortable and relaxing night’s sleep.

To maintain a comfortable stay for all of our guests, we have installed a new central air unit for hot summer days and a new furnace and two electric fireplaces for cold winter nights.

SUMMER RENTALS ►
Our home includes a private dock, a partial sand frontage for swimming and a larger weed bed right out in front as well for some great pan fishing. Summer rentals include free use of a 4 person paddle boat, 4 sit-on-top kayaks, a fish cleaning station (attached to the house), a gas grill, as well as a fire pit and several yard games. It is located next to Chain Lake’s public boat landing, which makes the location very convenient if you choose to bring your own boat.

WINTER RENTALS ►
We provide a map to help our guests find and navigate all nearby snowmobile trails. It also indicates roads and trails that allow ATV and UTV use. The close proximity to the lake also means excellent ice fishing less than 100 feet from the newly renovated 4 seasons room.

Our lake house is just 10 minutes from Eagle River, 15 minutes from Rhinelander, 20 minutes from Saint Germain and 30 minutes from Minocqua.
