The hallways smell like cigarettes but the rooms have been updated. Hot water pressure in the shower is amazing. Staff is very helpful. Just needs a little more TLC

Normally stay at an IHG or Marriot property but there was no availability so I chose this property. One night stay for business. Looks recently renovated in the rooms Got the job done if you are looking to get a night's sleep in a clean bed for a good value.

Check in check out was good. Leak and smelly hallway. Beds have metal under board that makes loud sound if your feet touches it. No toiletries except for very small soap bar

I had two rooms booked when I arrived they said I only had one room ready. The 2nd room had my grandsons name on it Brandon ouellette. They said I didn’t have a 2 nd room and charged me for a third room. I’m very upset with Expedia, this is the second year in a row this has happened. I will never use your services again..

It's a decent place for the money honestly. It's safe and amenities are in good enough condition. I would say that it would be the bare minimum to add bathroom slippers please. Also, there are no buses to get you around so be ready to invest in Uber rides. Otherwise, my stay went well and the staff is lovely!

Quite a Disappointment
This hotel looked much better on paper that it turned out to be. Based on the photos, it supposedly had a table and two chairs at which one could eat plus a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't accept the first room offered because the heater/AC unit's cover had fallen off, and we could not sit at the table because the microwave was on it, and there was only one chair. The second room was better. It had only one chair, but a second one was brought upon our request. We subsequently discovered that the refrigerator did not work (the light came on, but it did not cool at all). The deadbolt lock on the door also did not work because the door was misaligned. The room was also quite dirty. The sheets looked dingy, and one of the chairs was so dirty that we could not clean it; we had to cover it before sitting on it. One good thing was the bathroom. It was clean, and everything worked. Oh, we were surprised that the room did not provide shampoo, conditioner, or tissues. Since all hotels we have stayed at recently provide such items, we did not bring them ourselves.

We stayed in a Studio 6 room, as usual. This was clean, decent rooms with fridge & microwave--both of which were clean & in great shape. Staff is nice. Beds are comfy. Lots of video cameras inside & out, & bright lights in the parking lot. We will stay again.

Can’t expect much
It’s a motel; it served its purpose of giving us a place to sleep. The sheets had old stains, the water pressure is not great, our room key card stopped working multiple times, and the beds are pretty firm. We rented two of the same rooms yet one did not have a fridge, so be aware. The second floor does smell like cigarette smoke, but that’s because there are smoking rooms so it’s to be expected. The workers are very nice and friendly, the area isn’t bad as you are surrounded by other hotels. Overall, it’s a cheap place to sleep and you can’t expect it to be perfect.

Outside property area was not well kept and dirty. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was clean and looked to have had some remodeling done. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was stained but had great water pressure. No amenities in the bathroom (no hair dyer, shampoo, conditioner or tissues). Bed and pillows were comfortable. Floor was clean and TV worked. We did not look on drawers. No iron, safe or full length mirror. It was quiet overnight. Breakfast is not available.

The tv was not working. Asked staff to come look at it. Said they didn’t know what was wrong with it and that’s all. Mentioned the next morning that the tv was not working in the room, no apology and never a mention of giving a discount. They should have done both.

Avoid if possible!
I know this place is a cheap, budget motel but I’ve had much better experiences at similarly priced budget motels than at this one. I chose it based on the good price and decent reviews, but now I’m questioning how valid those reviews are. This place overall just gives off a sketchy vibe. I think there’s quite a bit of prostitution going on here because there were questionable “couples” walking in from the street pretty often. Also the room next to me was getting it on very loudly when I got there at 4pm, then left and never came back. The hotel is supposed to be smoke-free but the hallways reeked of smoke. Also while my room was mostly clean there were obvious stains on the sheets on one of the beds. The window to my room went to a parking lot and was unlocked so anyone from the outside could have gotten in. Overall I really didn’t feel safe here based on the vibes and people there. I won’t be back here. If you can pay just a bit more somewhere else I would avoid this place.
