Tämä huolellisesti ylläpidetty katedraali Cape sijaitsee Edgartownin erittäin toivotulla Katama-alueella, ja se on sijoitettu hiljaiselle yksityiselle umpikujalle aivan Meshaketin ja Clevelandtown Roadsin vieressä.

ENSIMMÄINEN KERROS:
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on moderni sisustus, avoimet oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiötilat. Olohuoneessa on katedraalin katot, parketit ja mukavat istuimet keskitetysti mediakeskuksen ympärillä, jossa on HD Smart TV ja nopea Internet. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on mikroaaltouuni, kaasuliesi, jääkaappi jääpalakoneella ja astianpesukone. Keittiökoneet sisältävät Keurig-kahvinkeittimen, leivänpaahdin, Kitchen-Aid-jalustan sekoittimen, valtavan hummeri potin ja runsaasti kattiloita, pannuja, astioita ja kulhoja. Keittiö avautuu ruokailutila, oma terassi ja suojattu kuisti helpon viihdyttämisen mahdollistamiseksi. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös makuuhuone / toimisto, jossa queen-vuode, sekä kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme ja pesula-alue.

TOINEN KERROS:
Yläkerrassa on kaksi suurta makuuhuonetta katedraalin katolla. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja 2 erillistä vuodetta. Lisäksi siellä on täysin varustettu kylpyhuone suihkulla / kylpyammeella.

ULKOASUT ELÄMÄN TILAT:
Ulko-olohuoneisiin kuuluu kalustettu suojattu kuisti, oma terassi, jota ympäröi kauniisti maisemoitu alue, ulkogrilli ja ulkosuihku. Siellä on 3-autoinen mukulakivireunainen sora-ajotie.

We had a fantastic time on Martha’s Vineyard. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. The home was perfect, It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the home’s location was ideal. We were able to conveniently visit all the local attractions. We also enjoyed the beautiful screened porch, living room and game room. So many options to choose from (I.e., large flat screen televisions, board games, ping pong, puzzles, etc.). We would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Martha’s Vineyard.

We had an amazing stay! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly fully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials, to beach towels, games, and even extra toiletries. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were super cozy, the location was perfect, and check-in was seamless. We had such a wonderful stay! From the very beginning, Korrie was so sweet, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with, which made us feel right at home. The house itself is absolutely charming, super clean, and fit our group of eight adults so comfortably. We loved all the little touches and amenities—it had everything we needed and more. We really loved sitting and hanging out on the screened in porch. We also loved being able to walk into town and explore beautiful Edgartown. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful Stay and visit!

Stayed at this property with 3 other girlfriends. The home is just as described and Korrie was wonderful to work with. The communication was great and everything went very smoothly. The home is amazing. So well stocked and Korrie is very hospitable. There weret tolietries, coffee pods, zip lock bags, paper towels and TP! So welcoming! This property is beautiful, so well decorated, comfortable, clean and located on a quiet dead end street. The porch is amazing and where we enjoyed spending coffee time every morning. We also loved watching all the birds! Korrie has put out bird feeders and they are very well used:) The location was great! Perfect for enjoying Edgartown and the rest of the island. We all agreed this was our best girls trip yet! We will be back and I highly recommend this property!

Best Vrbo House Ever!

My friends and I stayed at this wonderful property for my birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. This is the best supplied Vrbo house I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Korrie is a perfect host and her house is amazing. Great for a family with kids in that there are 2 separate fun areas for kids and grownups! We played ping pong and put puzzles together. The first floor bedroom is perfect for those who don't love stairs. I rate this house as 5/5 stars! Thank you Korrie for such a great time!

More than perfect!

WOW! We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property!! Such a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated home with tons of space and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was super well stocked, the bathrooms had yummy scented Vineyard bath products for use, and everything was spotless. We really enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for a cup of tea and every night wrapped in blankets while listening to the night sounds in the private backyard. The house was very close for daytime exploring or dinner out in Edgartown, while also being a short drive (or bike ride) to the beach. Korrie, the owner, was amazing. So thoughtful and communicative. Perfect house, perfect host, and more than perfect trip! Hope we can visit again sometime ❤️

Great in every way

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy, uncluttered, in fine working condition, and loaded with everything you could possibly need - towels, paper products, and the most well-equipped kitchen. Sometimes, when you come to a VRBO, you feel like everything of any use and value is locked and hidden away. Here, it felt like we were trusted to just have access to their stuff. Two terrific well-kept bikes, a great ping pong table, so many games. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

Can’t say enough great things about this property and its owner. From the minute we booked, Korrie was extremely responsive and helpful. A Special Spot

We have been renting on the Vineyard for over 15 summers and this was a top experience. The owners passion for the property shows through from with the presentation of the home and in the communication before and during the stay. Every little detail looked after allowing you to truly enjoy Martha’s Vineyard. Looking forward to coming back again for years to come!

The property was just so great. I can’t say enough about it. It is the type of place that you feel like you are still away even when you are in the house. The downstairs was great for the teens. Edgartown Gem

Spent a week at this lovely property. It was peaceful and quiet, while still being walking distance to Edgartown for the 4th of July parade. We really enjoyed the finished basement, which stayed nice & cool, as well as the screened in porch. Even got to feed the birds while we were there, as the owners leave birdseed for use. Great stay!!
