-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and process a £650 deposit. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This TRUVI verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

Music lovers will notice the exquisite piano which guests who play are welcome to enjoy. The kitchen has a large range cooker and is fully equipped with everything a creative cook might need including a large cookery book collection. The dining room has a specially designed oak-topped table.

Nestled in a quiet, cobbled Georgian street, the apartment is a stone's throw from the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, the Playhouse Theatre, the Omni Vue multiplex cinema and Nuffield gym and pool. Walking distance to Princes Street and the heart of the city in one direction while the Royal Botanic Garden is not far in the other. If you're keen to experience local life, then head to nearby Broughton Street with its village-like feel. It's full of good cafes, restaurants and independent shops. Just off Broughton Street you'll find the excellent Ingleby Gallery in a converted chapel on Barony Street.
