Leaving in 1hr - i have stayed here several times but this time the basics was poor Bins in room not emptied ,towels not changed tea facilities not replenished even though no food service available,,shower gel not replenished,toilet roll not replenished, I did notice it wasnt maids but men doing the rooms think they should check that they doing what minimal expectations needed for cleanliness - the hotel wasnt busy so no excuse for room service i will be writing with pics to get refund so bad

It was okay, quite dated & the lower ground has a funny cheesy smell to it, I guess that is because there is no windows for ventilation. It was a fair price for 1 night split between 2 people, but the room was a bit dated.

No internet and the breakfast was horrendous. Staff knew how torun the coffee machine but were indifferent to client's request to make it work in a timely manner. Also, no internet!!!!

On arrival the reception area looked welcoming as were the staff,unfortunately that was as good as it got. Upon entering the room the smell of urine from the bathroom was overwhelming, the room itself wasn’t at all what I expected for the money paid,dirty mirrors,headboard and side units all needed cleaned. Black mould around handrail in bathroom. So first 30 mins of our stay was spent wiping everything down. The mould was easily removed with toilet wipes. Couldn’t comment on food as after seeing the room I didn’t want to eat there. In need of serious updating inside and out.
