Unfortunately the spa facilities did not work (the reason we booked this hotel!) the pool was cold (advertised as a heated pool) and had kids swimming lessons taking place every day we were there. The whirlpool was out of use the entire time. It was very disappointing. Also- if you don’t book breakfast in advance they charge you £18.50 per day (daylight robbery in my opinion- especially when their facilities didn’t work!)

Great stay good location to get bus into city centre. Great breakfast choices and nice communual areas. Bedroom very clean and had everything we needed for comfortable nights sleep. Swimming pool changing area a little dated but still fine and they gym looked excellent for hotel. Would definitely stay again

Reception supervisor argumentative when a receipt was requested even though payment was made direct to hotel. Eventually relented but slammed receipt on counter! Pool and Jacuzzi both out of service, advised to take it up with expedia as that is who the booking was made with. Nice room and good breakfast.
