Sadly this definitely is not a luxury hotel. It’s very ‘tired’ and shabby, we barely had enough shower gel for one of us, tiny bottles! Milk sachets? ..Not in any luxury hotel I’ve stayed in, and not enough provided for a second coffee, We were also left two biscuits..but only for our first night!.. we stayed three nights. Shabby small towels, and the bathroom blind was broken too.
The ceiling in reception is falling in and in need of urgent attention and has obviously been that way for some time
The hotel is on two levels making access to the room we stayed in quite convoluted, we went upstairs then down a back spiral type staircase - if you have limited mobility you would struggle especially as there was no porter to assist with our bags. A very expensive stay for the quality provided..our third night cost significantly more for some reason too
