Upea, erittäin tilava kattohuoneisto nukkuu 6, jossa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme kylpy / suihku huonetta ylimmässä (5.) kerroksessa modernissa rakennuksessa, joka hyötyy hissi ja ilmainen yksityinen ja turvallinen off-street parking.

Huoneistossa on valtava avoin oleskelutila, keittiö ja ruokailutila, sekä kaksi aurinkoinen parveke panoraamanäkymät Edinburghin kattojen. Lounge on mukavat istuimet ja televisio, ruokailutila paikkaa kuusi ja keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella ehkä, kuten pesukone ja kuivaaja. Mukana on myös jääkaappi, pakastin, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin ja leivänpaahdin, jne.

On kolme makuuhuonetta, nukkuminen kuusi yhteensä:
Bedroom 1 - king size-vuode, TV, kylpyhuone sekä amme ja erillinen suihku, paljon vaatekaappi ja laatikon säilytystilaa ja pääsy päälle aurinkoinen parveke bistro pöytä ja tuolit.
Makuuhuone 2 - king size-vuode, paljon vaatekaappi ja laatikon säilytystilaa ja oma suihkuhuone.
Makuuhuone 3 - Viihtyisä huone, jossa on pieni parivuode (120cm), oma suihku (ei kylpyhuone) ja pääsy aurinkoinen parveke, bistro pöytä ja tuolit.

Kaikki vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Kaikissa huoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja. Ilmainen WiFi on myös saatavilla.

Asunto on hyvin keskeisellä paikalla reunalla Edinburghin New Town, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta ja sen nähtävyyksistä. Vilske Leith Walk on yläreunassa katu (5 minuutin kävelymatka) ja Playhouse Theatre, St James -ostoskeskus ja Princes Street (Edinburghin tärkein ostoskatu) ovat alle 15 minuutin kävelymatka.

Leith Walk tarjoaa bussiyhteydet useimpiin osiin Edinburgh. Waverleyn rautatieasemalta ja St Andrewsin bussiasemalta ovat molemmat alle 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

On kaksi pientä supermarketit sisällä 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä tasainen ja Broughton Street, sen valikoidun kokoelman riippumaton kauppoja, ravintoloita ja baareja on helppo 10 minuutin kävelymatka.

Nice Spacious Apartment

This was a really nice apartment. Plenty of space and nice for a group of friends travelling together. The kitchen was well supplied. There is an elevator, but there is a 1/3 of a flight of stairs down to it. The location is a little far from most of the tourist attractions, but it worked well for us.

Fantastic Apartment

Excellent location close to the tram line with easy access to all of Edinburgh’s highlights. Great views from the balcony for a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day and some lovely personal touches from the host such as a nice box of shortbread on arrival. Looking forward to the next visit!

Comfy Edinburgh Penthouse

The apartment was perfect for our party of five. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Our son used the third bathroom in the hall. The living room is very comfortable for a larger group as well. There’s no shortage of dining options nearby. We enjoyed Edinburgh Street Food (basically a food hall) and the Brass Monkey. A little further away but still walkable, we found Di Giorgio, an Italian cafe. Great breakfast and friendly ambiance. The penthouse is also within walking distance of sites like Calton Hill (visible from the balcony), the Royal Mile and Grass Market. Lastly, Fiona and her mum Diana were so friendly and welcoming. They were quick to respond to any questions and they were flexible as our plans changed due to travel delays. They even offered to meet the delivery driver to collect our lost luggage while we were en route from Aberdeen. If we return to Edinburgh, we will try to stay here again.

So impressed with the space and views from this apartment. Fiona was very responsive to any questions we had. Restaurants and shops were a short walk. And sleeping at night was so comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!

Well appointed with amazing natural light throughout. Washing machine is excellent and spins clothes dryer than most actual dryers. Location is fantastic - walkable to everything. Appreciated the parking availability as well.

Five Star Hotell aka VRBO

Fiona’s flat is a lovely, warm and well located place, it feels like a home away from home. She left a note to greet us and also some very special treats, shortbread cookies and tea biscuits. She provided a notebook with instructions about everything we needed to know and recommendations for dining or to experience in Edinburgh. Fiona anticipated our every need with a fully supplied kitchen, bathrooms and guides for the city and country. There were travel guides, maps and pamphlets. The furnishings and decor were very comfortable and personal. I felt like I was staying in a family home. I have some mobility issues, and the lift to the apartment made our stay even nicer. A garage was another plus. I recommend Fiona’s flat with 5 out of five stars!

Everything about the apartment was perfect! We were three generations of our small family of four, and everyone had their own spaces. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to Leith Walk and other places. There’s a very nearby convenience store that is…well, super convenient. Having the outside balcony is a huge bonus, with amazing views of the city. Uber works extremely well here, and getting around was easy. We all fell in love with our “home away from home” and the incredible city of Edinburgh.

Utterly Charming Holiday

Is there another place worth staying in Edinburgh? Perhaps, but why look further than this terrific apartment? On a quiet street but mere blocks from a host of delightful resources and activities, this flat is even prettier and nicer than shown in the photos. You have everything you need to prepare for the day or a cozy night in, with a stunning view of the city to enjoy night after night. Fiona is a stupendous hostess, perhaps the top of the list, and our family has rented dozens of places over the years. Don't sleep on this opportunity-but DO sleep in this lovely getaway.

A perfect apartment!

This apartment is amazing! You will not be disappointed. Very quiet, lovely bedrooms and 3 big bathrooms which are all newly decorated and high spec. The kitchen and seating area is also perfect. It really is fabulous, lots to do in walking distance and numerous eateries of all cuisines in very close proximity. 10/10 in every front! We will be back!

Perfect for the five of us!

We had five adults staying at Fiona place in Edinburgh and it was the perfect retreat for us all. The location is amazing - a short walk from many pubs, markets, and transportation options. Easy access to EDI via the tram, but far enough away to still feel away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the views were stunning. Our host, Fiona was great to work with as well. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again one day.

Great location. Great space. Great host.

We traveled with our U.S. friends and their teenage son to Edinburgh after attending a wedding in Northwest England. Our stay was only two night - we had wished it were longer. Fiona, our host, provided everything that was needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The space was surprisingly bigger than the photos depicted. It was a great layout for the five of us. The outdoor spaces were wonderful too and the location can't be beat! Fiona was incredibly helpufl and responsive, especially when we were "trapped" in the garage (sorry Fiona!). It all turned out great and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

Better than expected!

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures can't capture the size of the condo, and after spending several days in cramped hotel rooms the large open spaces were a welcome change! The views from the balcony were breathtaking, particularly at sunset. The location was in a very safe, quiet and clean neighborhood. The walk into the old town only took 15 minutes or so. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host provided clear instructions so that check in was simple! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh and we will book here again the next time we visit! Our family honestly did not want to leave at the end of our stay.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights in Jul 2023. Everything was wonderful. Hands down the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed at. Fiona was a great host and very responsive. The extras she left for us were very much appreciated, especially the coffee and milk after an overnight flight. This unit had everything and is very spacious, especially for the U.K. where apartments are often very small. Very quite location. 5/5
