Great option for quick access to downtown
This place is great if you're having to commute in and out of downtown. If you have kids that want to swim... bring goggles. You won't swim in a pool with more chlorine. Your eyes will burn. Great restaurant attached to the hotel with mall just across the street. We'd stay here again if the price was right.

The rooms were well-appointed including other accessories such as hair dryer, garment bag, etc. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very responsive to any requests that were made. Breakfast was not included with this room but there is a breakfast option available for a relatively minimal cost.

The Best Western Plus City Centre Inn was located a matter of minutes away from the Hys Medical Centre where I had medical appointments. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and very well-appointed. There was a microwave and fridge also in the room. This room afforded us precisely what we needed and wanted for our stay in Edmonton. We were so pleased with the accommodation the Best Western Plus City Centre Inn provided that we have already rebooked here for our next visit to Edmonton.
